It’s always a pleasure staying at the Inn. I have been staying at the Inn for carnival for at least 4 years. The staff is wonderful your waitresses Tanya and Carolyn are always so pleasant. The hotel staff Roxanne, Brenda and Alyssa are wonderful they know me by name and are always pleasant, and a thank you to our housekeeper Dean for her great service. Just a special thank you again to your staff I know it has not been easy for them the past two seasons with the pandemic. Looking forward to next year’s stay for carnival!!
Thanks again

During an impromptu visit to the cape we landed here for the extraordinary location…The End of Cape Cod, basically.
Not busy like down town but just around the bend from everything PTown.
Although dated, which had its charm, the service was professional and friendly.
There was ample parking and a great way to begin your tour of town or the beautiful views of the upper cape parks and sea views.
We did enjoy their breakfast; it had anything you’d need.
Maybe next time we’ll select a room on the edge of the water.

This is a 5 star hotel. Very classic and extremely clean. I didn’t see even a dust on any floor at all. Floors are Vacuumed to the corners and employees are so polite. Beds are firm and high. Comfy. It’s a classic beauty. I had a pool view room and was gorgeous! If you appreciate historic beauty and gorgeous view, and just want a relaxing quiet noble vacation, you’ll appreciate this hotel so much, like I did. But if you want a modern hotel where you want music and party in your vacation, this is not for you. I would love to bring my mom here next time!

Its a great location with everything needed for a waterfront conference or wedding. At the hotel restaurant order the seafood linguine. Pleasantly and surprisingly loaded with shellfish. Pricey but well worth it!
Rooms and makeshift “hallway” are run down. But thank you for finally fixing the fence. (Or did someone finally fall in? Each stake used to lean more than the Tower of Pisa.). Dano at the pool bar is a crotchety old queen who yells at everyone. He’s fine tho and mixes great drinks. They now $10 charge for parking!
Tip him and all the staff well. They work so hard.

We got married at The Provincetown Inn in July 2021 after we postponed our June 2020 wedding. They were excellent and incredibly helpful from the jump and we felt so assured going into our June 2020 wedding, and we were so grateful for how kind and generous and accommodating they were when we rescheduled to July 2021. Because of the postponement, we had the pleasure of working with Eric, the coordinator for weddings and groups, for almost 2 years. Eric was always so responsive and helpful and he made all our visions come to life. We, and most of our guests, were at the Inn from Thursday-Sunday

I have been dying to stay in this location for a long time and I was extremely disappointed! 1st there were flies all over the room & I mean over 20 I counted & took pictures of along with tiny red ants. I left a sealed in plastic cookie that was covered in ants when I returned. In corners of the room there was black mildew and the AC was terrible. I made comments to the desk and asked for the management team to contact me 3x and yet still have not received a call back or the kindness to apologize for my experience. I would not recommend this place and I will never return. I rate this place

It was ok, I would say. The hotel is very “tired” and in need of a cosmetic renovation. The sheets were clean, but the carpeting was looking very old and dirty (unless they were going for the look). Stuff is attentive and very polite. Pool towels looked more like a hand towels and didn’t look so clean either. Pool opens at 9, but the stuff doesn’t come until “whatever” as I’ve been told. The pool doesn’t have heating. Our coffee machine didn’t have coffee filters. There is a charge for coffee/tea, that comes for free in other hotels. Also, breakfast is NOT included. Pictures look

Overall a really lovely stay!
Pros: the view from the room was quite beautiful even though we were right next to the roof, the bed was quite comfortable and the room itself was nice and clean, the location was great as it was a short walk into the main part of town, the staff were nice and helpful and the overall place was quaint with lots of history!
Cons: the bathroom was tiny, the sink pretty much unusable due to its size and the shelf above it and the toilet paper is hidden behind the door so it was pretty inconvenient. In the bathroom too there were some spots of black mold but nothing to

Came to The Inn for some sun, fun, cocktails and pool. It was very accommodating ..lots of lounge chairs& lively dance music that starts early morning. Food was delish and bartenders; Dano and Neeshe mixed a fabulous Mango Madness and were entertaining and friendly. It you want a change from Racepoint Beach and tired of lugging beach equipment up and down those dunes, plan a day here, come early and enjoy... Something may be swimming toward you, but it won't be a Great White..

Very nice stay at this historic location. A very nice and scenic walk to town. The Fish & Chips were very good and the fries were plentiful!
My only complain was the drunk men who kept dancing outside and throwing sand at my window. And the mermaid statue in the hallway that I think may be possessed.

Lovely pool and extremely helpful staff. Roxann Parchment went out of her way to help with an incredible unacceptable parking situation. We paid $10 for parking and got trapped because the parking lines were atrocious. With a car parked in front and behind we are going to miss our flight home. I don't understand how this situation came about. We have alerted the staff and the parking staff was useless. Wonderful facility but beware the parking, you might miss your plans.

First time staying here and I'm very much enjoying my stay. I have to laugh at some of the reviews here at people recoiling in horror because they got here and discovered that a historic landmark hotel which is clearly marketed as such is not in fact modern. This place has a classic charm to it. My room is entirely comfortable, the bed is brand new, the view from my balcony of the harbor and the town center is unbelievable, there is easy access to Herring Cove and Race Point, and the hotel is in fact within easy walking distance to all the action for anyone who isn't lazy. The food here

We got a room in Sept. with a balcony overlooking the pool, a beach, and P-town harbor. The national seashore beaches - spectacular - were a long walk or short bike ride away. What's to complain about? Kenneth at the front desk is both very helpful and an unusual character straight out of a TV show. The ever-smiling women behind the desk are wonderful, too - especially helpful when their Wifi only intermittently reached our room. I phoned down, and before I even arrived they unlocked the door to the dining room near the office and turned on the lights so I could use my laptop there (with

"We have been coming to Provincetown for years. We stayed at many hotels and resorts. We love spending time in Ptown. This time we were lucky to find The Provincetown Historic Waterfront Resort, the location is fantastic, the rooms are very clean and what made it even more memorable is Roxanne Parchment, the front desk manager who went our of her way to accommodate us. She made sure we knew about the Covid guidelines for Ma. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. The resort is respecting the social distancing and mask wearing.
We highly recommend this place and make sure to ask for Roxanne

Run! Run away fast!
We arrived late in the day after a beautiful day shopping and dining in our favorite cape town, Provincetown. We were apprehensive abt going anywhere but particularly staying in a hotel during these interminable months of lockdown from covid. As soon as we got to our room we knew we had made a mistake on our choice of hotels. We called around and there were no rooms available anywhere. We were stuck! The room was filthy! There was hair in the shower, holes in the ceiling, and grime everywhere. After spraying sanitizing spray and wiping all surfaces with alcohol and killing
