Jessica Vezilier is from France and moved to Florida 11 years ago. She attended Lycee De La Salle, in Rennes, France, where she earned her Associate Degree in Business. She was always very active growing up, she was a competitive gymnast throughout high school and played volleyball in college. She discovered her love for weight training after her dad passed away, it became her therapy then and became her passion.
Your workouts will be customized to your specific goals, ability & limitations. Your fitness nutritional guide will be included with the purchase of our monthly packages. Our Small Group Training is the closest you will get to personal training but at a more affordable price. Pick your group and get stronger with your new friends every week.
We come to your community gym! We are approved trainers at SunCity Fitness Center, Waterset Community Gym & Del Webb Southshore Falls Fitness Center. One on one workout will be customized to your specific goals. Fitness nutritional guidance will be included with the purchase of our monthly packages.
Direct access to your Personal Trainer to give you guidance and keep you accountable from wherever you are! All you have to do is download the free app Zoom on your computer or phone. You will be added to our private Facebook group where a daily link will be posted 15 minutes prior to the workout. Workouts will only require a chair or bench and household items if you do not have free weights.

I started small group training 2x a week with Jess in January and already see results that would've taken me a year to achieve on my own. Jess is an amazing trainer and very encouraging. The workouts are challenging and I always leave feeling stronger. ChicaBoom has made me enjoy working out! HIGHLY recommend!

My health/fitness journey started on New Years Eve 2019 at ChicaBoom Fitness with Jess. After a couple of months of training and slowly changing my habits, I am feeling so much better and moving around much more freely than I have in a really long time. I am definitely seeing and feeling results. On top of the amazing support I feel from the trainers, I also feel supported from everyone else in my training group who are also working hard on their goals. Jessica is the best! She has taken the time to understand my needs and goals. Together we came up with a customized workout and diet plan that best fits my situation. . She is very talented and has a wide range of options to help with cardio and strength conditioning. I see improvements already!! I highly recommend Jessica and her entire team. I started working out with ChicaBoom about 3 months ago. I was working from home during COVID and decided to sign up for their Zoom Workouts. I’ve lost weight over the last 3 months and have noticed such a difference in my body! I started this month going to their studio to workout during group trainings and it’s such a great experience!

This is the place to go if you are looking for affordable small group training. I was tired of those big classes with so many people working out. At ChicaBoom you get individual attention so that I know I’m doing the exercise correctly. I recently have had 3 children in the last 5 years and was not in the best shape. These workouts are fun and totally manageable. You are not staring at the clock wishing the class would be over. I absolutely recommend training with these ladies!
