Patrick provided us with a very detailed inspection, he took his time and was very thorough, he explained the major points of concern at the end of the inspection. He delivered a detailed report via email with pictures and summaries of all items covered, along with the full detailed report. Overall a great experience and a job well done. I absolutely recommend Taylor Made Inspection.

Both gentleman with this company were fantastic, did an incredibly thorough inspection of the home were buying, which is exactly what we wanted knowing we were purchasing a fixer. Got a very good idea of what needs to be done in the house. They were patient, answered all my questions, took tons of pictures, weren't bothered by my crazy kids running around. Patrick was great! Super thorough and professional. The report was fully detailed with pictures, and came to us quickly, and he cared about all my special questions and addressed them. He spent a lot of time outside in hot July weather over 100°, and was happy to explain issues to us in person. He had recommendations for other types of inspections I asked about, and he was super quick and helpful. He stayed extra long to make sure he got the job done right. I'd definitely use Taylor Made again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an inspection. This deserves more than 5 stars.

Patrick with Taylor Made Inspection Service was so kind and helpful to me during my 10 day home inspection as a first time home buyer. Patrick was the best home inspector! He is incredibly professional and did such a thorough job evaluating our new construction home for us. Additionally, he did a fantastic job educating us about some of the plumbing and HVAC systems and features which will help us keep our new home in tip-top condition over the years. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting with Patrick yesterday for our home inspection. This was a first for my wife and I. Patrick was great! He was thorough with our entire inspection and answered any questions we had. Patrick also gave his honest advice on what needed to get done now and what are a few things that can wait but keep an eye on.
