I LOVE LIVING AT CASA VISTA. It's super well kept and quiet... not to mention, absolutely beautiful. We have lived here for 6 months and have had ZERO problems. Which I think is rare considering my past apartment experiences. In fact, the management is the most helpful, caring, responsive and friendliest I've ever dealt with. They really are incredible. Carla, the manager, is super kind and always makes sure the complex is perfect. And don't get me started on the maintenance man, David. He is super cool and helpful and we love him so much. My wife and I have lived at Casa Vista Apartments for the last 5 years and it has been a great place to call home. The property management is very responsive and happy to fix any issues that arise. When our refrigerator started leaking we brought it up and there was a new refrigerator in the unit before I even came home from work that day. We have never had to wait for things to be fixed. The property grounds and pool are always clean and well maintained. The residents, in my experience, are all polite and considerate and we have never had any problems with anyone. One of the best apartments ive lived in. Karla, the manager is down to earth and handles all repairs promptly and efficiently. Lived here for two years and it was awesome. Im gonna miss this place and i highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an affordable apartment with great amenities and a great staff.

There was something magical about being able to walk outside of my apartment and feel like I was instantly on vacation. One of the main reasons why I chose to take on a year with CV was just how lush and green the property was - you can't throw a stone in this complex (don't do that) without hitting a bird of paradise or a gorgeous palm tree. I think almost every apartment has a lovely view of the pool.
The manager Carla was on point. Never had a leak or issue with the apartment that wasn't addressed and solved within 24 hrs.

I lived at Casa Vista Apartments for a year and a half. The office manager when I signed was Cindy. She was so warm and nice. She was part of the reason I moved here. Shortly after I moved in she was replaced. The best part of living here is that it is a non smoking community. Another reason is that the owner is an older woman and not a corporation. The apartments themselves are small and expensive. There is a lot of greenery around the complex, which is nice. It's a smaller complex, so you do get to know some of your neighbors. It is relatively quiet. I did have noisy neighbors below me,

Awesome place to live :) I have lived here for a while. It is a very quiet and calm environment. The property is very well kept. The staff is attentive. Carla the property manager is fabulous. It's a nice location too. Sunny because it's CA. I get really nice breezes because the property is on a hill. It's a gem.

My husband and I were moving from North Carolina to California May 2019 and had to decide on a 2 bedroom apartment near my job. I read all google and yelp reviews on many apartments in Oceanside. Casa Vista had high reviews and pictures posted helped us know what it looked like inside. I lived in these apartments for 4 years from 2015-2019... I have to say. This place will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart. The grounds are gorgeous... the first day I walked in I felt like I was in Hawaii, which really is inevitably what sold my roommate and I on the place. I have lived here for over a Year, and am very happy there. Even though it is located off of the 78, it is like a tropical paradise sitting up on a hill. I often take my dog, and just sit on a bench at look at the view. They maintain the Premises very well, and it is quiet and peaceful at night. The Manager Carla is very helpful,as is the Maintenance Supervisor Jim. The Pool and Spa are always clean, and there are several Grills located through the Property. There is covered Parking, and Storage. The Laundry Room is available 24 hours, which is very helpful. I would highly recommend this

First off, the Apartment complex itself sits on the side of a hill and looks absolutely gorgeous. It's well kept and has many family friendly commodities (ex. Gas Grills, Ping Pong Tables & Pool/Spa).
The rooms themselves are clean and very spacious for the prices we paid. It's close to 78 freeway, Carlsbad Mall, movie theaters and much more.

We were here from September 2017 to June 2018. The office manager Cindy was so nice but she left and someone else replaced her. This lady wasn't very pleasant. She had a maintenance guy looked into my car to see if i had their parking sticker and I did. I walked up to him and asked him if there was a problem and he asked my name and which apartment I lived in because he has never seen me. I gave him my name and my apartment number and told him I'm also on the lease and I told him I work a lot which is why they don't ever see me.

This is a great apartment complex! It is beautiful, well-kept and quiet. The bedroom in the one bedroom apartment is huge! With a huge closet! That's hard to find! The complex is pet friendly which is also hard to find. The management and maintenance staff are super friendly and down-to-earth. If you have an issue you can always reach out to them and feel comfortable about it, they really want everyone to be happy there. Highly recommend!!!

The first two years living here was alright. Parking is a little sketch and they threaten to tow their own residents a lot if you don't abide to their ridiculous parking rules, construction is very annoying (they're done now), and plumbing has a lot of problems. While living here we dealt with insects and a huge mice infestation. The biggest complaint is that they don't check their residents well enough before having them move in.
