Westwood Village Apartments

We’ve been here close to 5 yrs. We literally have nothing bad to say about the apartment, the grounds, parking or the manager! Spacious apt, it has a tropical feel when you’re BBQing on the patio. Tony, the manager is a sweetheart and is quick to act if you have an issue. Fabian, the maintenance guy is on duty 5 days a week and is is happy to help you with anything. We are at home here, the only reason we would leave is when we buy our own home.

Best place to rent from hands down! Manger is awesome and the maintenance man is always there to help. They always go above and beyond. A great place to call home.

Great place to live. Manager is really friendly and maintenance guy always fixes any problems right away. Also most neighbors are quite. If I had to find one complaint it would be lots of spiders but honestly I think any place in Oceanside has the same problem. Either way I would recommend living here.

My husband and I lived at Westwood village for over 3 years because of its convenient location and cheap price. The last year mainly we had a lot of issues from spiders, cockroaches, rats and mice to plumbing issues. My friend who lived in a different building in the complex moved out because her apartment also had these same pest issues. As we were moving out I noticed tons of black widow nests all around the wooded balcony. The water is turned off weekly it seems because of maintance which is extremely inconvenient when you are mid shower and there is no warning. The last straw was being told
