Very disappointed with this place. just all around trash, i would not recommend it. We have reached out multiple times about getting more recycling bins since there are only two for a few buildings and the recycling ends up in the trash because there is not enough room. Its really sad, especially since we reached out to solve this problem. The management does not take care of the place and many of the people that live here have very little consideration of others. As i write this review, the neighbor next to me is blasting music with super loud bass on a Tuesday at 10 pm.

I submitted a service request for the park located at Canyon club at 420 activity way Oceanside California. I submitted this request on August 11th period period the park is in a is in unusable and unsuitable conditions. There is sharp edges exposed around the perimeter of the signs, the slide is broken is broken and torn apart with literally pieces of plastic Sticking up in mid air. There is hinges that are unhinged and not connected. This parthis park and park set is barely hanging on by a thread. So I recently posted a 2 star review but I’m changing it now only because the staff is amazing and called me, heard my complaints, made me feel heard and promised to look into everything. Canyon Club has been our home for 14 years now! We have enjoyed the community since we moved. They will take care of any work order A.S.A.P thank you Mr.Eduardo for always doing a great job! The office staff is always nice and welcome you with a big smile and are ready to help! Worst place I ever lived. Company is criminal, allows kids and problem tenants to run the community. My partner was sexually harassed BY CHILDREN, and nothing was done. I had the "parents" threaten me.
Not to mention, they allowed unsafe living accommodations and were trying to get me to pay my roommates portion after they went missing for months.
I ended up having to involve a lawyer, and the moment I threatened to sue they released me from the lease with no extra cost. These people are criminals and scam artists. Whatever you do; DO NOT LIVE HERE! Crime is rampant, the place is

I am a current resident at Canyon Club Apartments. I have informed both Canyon Club Apartments property management about the tenants that reside directly stomping, banging jumping, falling to the floor also ard footsteps on the floor. The tenants stomp on the floor directly above us until we are awakened, if not doing that, then slamming and banging in other rooms hard enough to wake us. This is in direct violation of the terms in the lease. Several management employees have stated that they would talk to the tenants, but the issues persist. Update review on Canyon Club Apartments, ah where do I start. Look living here wasn't bad at all, management did what they could all the time and handled everything when they needed. There was just a few times I mentioned to them "hey my car is getting hit and scratched from kids running by with there bikes do you think you can tell them to stop because I have told them several times to stop". Obviously kids are kids you know running around having a great time but when it comes down to hitting peoples cars multiple times and nothing is happening no one is taking accountability for

I do not recommend living in Canyon Club Apartments for ANY reason. The apartments themselves are fine, but kids basically run this complex. They are constantly screaming and yelling and rarely at the park or volleyball court. They play where their parents can't see them so they can be as loud as they want. Management KNOWS this is a problem (they've received complaints from all over the complex) but doesn't do anything about it. Yes kids need time to play and have fun but it's from noon to 8 pm daily and something has got to give.

Canyon Club has been my home since 2001. It's a awesome place to live and raise children and furry little pets. The staff is always here to help you with any issues. The neighbors are really nice too. The amenities are the best I've ever seen . The pool here is huge. Stop by and see for yourself . Trust me you'll be excited to make this awesome place your home.

I found my forever home here at Canyon Club Apartments 16 years ago! The staff is SO accommodating, friendly, and EFFICIENT! I never have to worry about any malfunctions because their crew is SPOT ON every time! Our cozy one bedroom/loft is PERFECT for my granddaughter and myself and we couldn't be more comfortable. Ariella, Yvonne, Hali have been extremely nice to me, always willing to help when needed.
This apartment is really convenience if you don't have a vehicle but there is buses. Close to Wal Mart Neighborhood Market, Big Lots, Smart and Final, County Office and more....................................
Schools are close as well, if you think about moving here check out the reviews.

I lived at Canyon Club for about 3 years and had a great experience being a resident. If I hadn't had to move away due to work, I'd probably still be living there while saving up to buy a house. There was some turn over in that time of office workers, but they were all great.
Pros:
gym, pool, dog run. The monthly cost was very competitive. The location was a quick bike ride to the beach and a short drive to the highway. Anytime we had a maintenance issue, it was resolved quickly.

I lost some money a few times in the laundry machines due to finding out they were broken after

We lived here for almost 3 years and the only nice thing I can say about living here is; Yvonne is extremely helpful and kind. Ysidro and the Maintence crew work very hard and are very kind. Wasatch WILL raise the rent every time you renew your lease. The landscaping here is beautiful but the company who maintains the area don't bother to make sure the paths are consistently clear. I slipped on these brown long straw like things TWICE and hurt my side. Our unit was not updated so it was pretty unfair to be charged the kind of rent we were paying every time we had to renew.

It was very nice to live here. The staff and the neighborhood have an overall welcoming and respectful environment. It truly felt like home! It's close to the beach, which allowed for my family to spend a lot of quality time together. The access to the pool and gym allow for easy living. What I liked the most about living here was the quick response from the staff.

I love living here! It's been almost a month since I've moved in after Yvonne showed us the apartment. The whole process of application and move-in was seamless but we were very organized and got them the paperwork they needed right away. The apartments are nicely remodeled, and super quiet. If you have expectations of high end counter tops and cabinetry, then this place may not be what you are looking for, but it is clean and neat. For the price you really get a good deal. My family and I have lived in our Canyon Club Apartment for four months. I like the fact that the beach is in walking distance, the close proximity of the freeways and shopping. I was initially impressed with the look of the property. For this reason, I decided to tour the property. I met with Leasing agent, Tanya Blomquist. She was extremely… professional. I was even more impressed after meeting with her. I had a few more properties to view before making my decision, but I did complete an application and fee. Don't rent here. You will live with roaches no matter how clean you are. They will replace all your carpet no matter how nice you kept it. They will even charge you to replace toilet seats in the same condition as when you moved in. Oh and painting the ceiling The ceiling! We kept our place so nice and our charges were well over a grand. Not… worth it to live next to crack heads and homeless psycho's who walk through the complex and harass you. Dumpster divers are fun as well.

My coworker and her hubby have lived here for the last year or so, and I've visited on multiple occasions. The location is pretty good, not too far from the beach and the train station. A majority of the time, I usually take the train to come visit.
There are driveways all around the complex, which makes it easy to take other streets to enter the complex from any direction, depending on where you're coming from. Visitor parking requires a permit and parking can be very difficult to find later in the evening.
