Great maintenance team. The team at the office took my maintenance request and the maintenance team was quick to complete the request. Every encounter I've had with the maintenence team has been positive. They are always friendly and professional. Informative and helpful. Always willing to go above and beyond. I am pleased with the maintenance department's service.

I wouldn’t recommend moving here. The units are old with cheap upgrades. The countertops are cheap and hideous. The ac didn’t work when we moved in. All maintenance did was recharge the cooling lines. The heater didn’t work because they said it “hadn’t been used in a while.” So they had to come and fix that. Once the weather warmed up again, the ac wasn’t working yet again. This happened at least 6 times during our lease. Instead of replacing the unit they just recharged the line which would only provide cooling for a month before they had to do it all over again. The apartments have

Everything and everyone at Sierra del Oro was wonderful. Amber in the office is friendly, welcoming, and great at her job. I rarely had a maintenance need, but when I did it was met with kindness and handled quickly. The apartments feel bigger than I thought they would. The large patios allow for bbq dinners, crafts, and even exercise. If you are looking for great apartment living, this is a terrific place to call home.

Wish they'd ban dogs here. No one seems to want to pick up after them. Recommend getting a top floor unit because you will hear everything above & below you otherwise, including people stomping up & down the stairs at all times of day & night. Multiple families in small 2 bedroom apartments. Parking is already a nightmare, yet they let painters & construction crews take up multiple spots.

I just moved into a second floor unit and you can hear everything from the 3rd floor.. it’s unreal. I’ve lived in apartments so I know it’s normal to hear your neighbors, but this makes my home an uncomfortable place to live. I would reconsider this place... I reached out to management.. not sure how they will respond.
