Send a pest control out, right?
Nope, they refused our request.
Told my son to tell your dad to not our problem.
We MOVED out last weekend after finding a large roach on our Newborn face.
They're only concern was the $ we deducted for the bug sprays from our rent.

Since I have not received a Response from Country Hills Apt. In the last 60 day. The Office promised to call me back yesterday 10/14Friday No Call Back.
I will try this avenue.....
I did notice that Michelle office clerk and the Manager Anthony Hughes
They responded to these posts.
Many units were sprayed for cockroaches approx 75 days ago, due to the large roach issue, i didn't realize it is the entire Country Hills Apt. community.
We had NEVER HAD A ROACH ISSUE IN THE LAST 3yrs, we do now
Its unsanitary riches in your food, refrigerate in coffee makers.
Instead of All Electric devices
I will try this avenue.....

I am in the moving process. With the expectations of stress, specially with the Pandemic, Michelle, Janet, and Stephanie have made it so simple! Thanks to them, I had no stress and got everything done for a smooth move in date. They are quick to answer any questions and very helpful. Thank you!
**Update** I am officially moved in and my sink had low pressure. Pedro came in with such a friendly attitude. He even fixed my shower drain even though I didn't request it. Amazing service!!

I moved back to California in December of 2019. I had looked at a few other places and had my mind set on a different location. But I still wanted to check out country hills. When I arrived I was greeted by Stephanie in a very friendly and professional manner. I was given a tour and I liked the amenities and the apartment community. When we went back to the office and discussed the lease options I was really satisfied. But what honestly sold me was how friendly and professional Stephanie and the rest of the were....

These apartments are by far the best I’ve ever lived in. The staff is incredible and so quick to help. We had an issue with the AC and a maintenance guy (Pedro) was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He changed the filter right away and knew what the problem was. He was able to answer all my questions and informed us so well. He even offered a temporary AC so we didn’t have to wait in the heat. HES THE BEST! Thank you Pedro!😁

I been living here for over a year now and am absolutely happy with it.
Very helpful, friendly and fast office staff like Michelle who is always respectful and maintenance crew like Peter,George and Joel who do Amazing job if you have an issue, they will get it done so fast with smiles.
All nice neighbors, never heard about an issue around.
Clean and safe no homeless in complex you would see.
School is also a very good one.
Thank you country hills staff and maintenance crew.
