They don’t communicate well with tenants. They tell you that they will be checking fire alarms and filters, but never follow through. They provide you with notices to enter for specific items to be checked and don’t check those items. They turn your water off and do not care to tell you that the water is shut off. You call the office to rude individuals and ask when the water will be cut back on with a lackadaisical response. Water was said to have been off for a few minutes when it had been off for over 3 hours.

I am honestly pretty surprised by all of the positive reviews. It makes me feel like they are bought and paid for. Anyone that lives here knows that this place has many issues. From the lack of professionalism in the front office (never answering phone calls, rude property manager, lack of communication), pests (roaches all over the walkways, never responding to pest complaints), lack of amenities (the 'gym' is literally a tiny room with treadmills lol), crime (broken car windows, no security -- I've only seen the guy maybe 3 times my entire year living here) to the small things like lack of parking

Parking is always an issue. Upon move out be prepared to not get your deposit back was charged for not enough notice even though the 30 days was given in writing and then charged for over staying for 3 days and charged one day rent for leaving too soon so which is it!! They never follow up with complaints regarding trash on patios do yourself a favor find better apartments that look cleaner and where they follow up with you regarding issues.

I have lived here before and needed to rent another apartmen I would never think of renting from any other place. Caring friendly office staff, manager there is by far the best any where. Maintenance always reliable and prompt land scape beautifully kept. Security is very good. Lincoln park Apartments are the best apartments in corona. Thank you for a great living experience I also feel so proud to have family and friends visit.

Avoid this place at all costs. It is not worth the amount you pay. That you will continue to pay even after you end the lease. None of the managers know what they are doing. No one communicates in the office. They constantly have different people in the office and shockingly enough, still untrained. Still clueless about their residents. This place is TRASH. It's disguised as a nice complex. DO NOT move here. You will 100% regret it.
