Feels like management just kind of left this place. Used to be a quiet community, but now we got loud dogs all over the place ruining the peace and pooping in the grass. Additional to that, the water/trash/sewer billing service that was introduced with the new owners (Western National) called "CUBS" is the shadiest billing service I've ever seen. Water bills instantly jumped upward of 80%, AFTER they came in and installed "eco-friendly" water fixtures on all faucets to reduce water pressure, to what could now be comparatively called a trickle to what it was before... Not to mention, the online

I wish I could rate this place as zero star or even negative. I have never written review online even with the worst experience i had with any service. But this place is out of the world unethical and immoral in business as if you can, please stay on the street rather then renting their place. Took us almost 5000 grant to move out. Due to the pandamic and lost of job, we couldnt afford rent so instead of helping us saving to move out as fast as we can because a penny could help, They dragged the process out so on top of early termination fee which was 3000 we also have 30 days notice, notice fee
