I'm giving this place only 4 stars right now because I'm still being optimistic! Being here for a couple months now, the area is nice, the office is sometimes hard to get in touch with but not too concerning, and all maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner. I'm enjoying living here so far. Some of the neighbors can be a little loud sometimes but every time I call the office to address the issue it seems to be resolved. Will update later down the line

I am relocating to the area for work. Came in from out my of state to tour some potential places to stay. I can say I finally found the right fit! Great place, great amenities, and great team working there. They we so informative, showed me around, explained everything I needed to know not only for their property but as a new resident to the area. So excited to be here and at this location.

Nice location and nice amenities. The only problem I have is the guest parking. It’s always the same cars taking the parking spots. I have also had someone take my parking spot and had to wait till the person showed up because there was no guest parking available and o didn’t want to take someone else spot. Noise isn’t too bad, as long as you don’t have a problem with train horns.

Horrible business. The office staff is so rude and do not know what they are doing. Lex the manager is so unprofessional. I asked to speak to her general manager and she refused to give me her contact information. They keep your deposit because their office staff does not follow up with you on the status of your application. Never have I experienced anything like this from any business.

Unless you want your tires slashed in the middle of the night I highly recommend you don't move in here. With rarely any security an individual with a knife was able to get into the complex and out and slashed tires inside the complex and outside. Of course the leasing office is as reliable as security watching the building. Still nothing has been done yet.

My fiancé and I were apartment shopping and happened to pass by One 11. Carla was very gracious and helped us see what type of units we would like. She took her time to show us the pool and gym area as well as the community lobby. She was very thorough and helpful. She explained leasing fees and additional costs. Although my fiancé and I found an alternative property (closer to our work). We definitely would have leased here.

Don't get me wrong the place is extremely nice in the inside, rent is expensive but I really did like them. Also was really looking forward to move in. I submitted all required documentation, was annoyed at the fact that I had to keep calling and bugging them regarding the status of my application. Every time I called there was an excuse literally for a whole week straight. I called everyday to finally say that needed bank statements. Didn't understand why, I wasn't purchasing an unit im renting. Never had to go through this with any other apartment agency. Explained to them I had

Me and my wife have lived here going on 4 years now, pretty much sense they have been opened. We absolutely love it here, we actually just signed another year. We live on the top floor for a reason so we dont hear people below us or above us. Micheal is part of management and he’s honestly one of the main reasons why we stay, he’s helped us out above and beyond he’s also been here since day 1. We also have a good relationship with maintenance, George is sucha stud and will give u his jacket off his back, super generous. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Gym is also great

Although the cost to live here is kinda unreasonable . I enjoyed living here pretty much despite the noises and do not like how you have to schedule to have a party , or business meetings there in the lobby . The security isn't the best. Loved the Gym and the pool luxury . Mail is very easy to retrieve . The lobby should be open longer . Overall i had a amazing time living here .

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! My vehicle was broken into yesterday in broad daylight, management staff was “sorry that happened” we pay way more than market value for these supposedly luxury apartments and not to have any security cameras in the parking structure is absolutely ridiculous. Entrance gates are broken 3 out of 7 days a week left wide open without any security cameras installed after the 1st floor. It really sucks to pay such a high price for “luxury living” but still susceptible to break ins and vandalism due to the managements inadequateness to protect a parking garage.

My initial experience was great. Even the leasing consultants like Laura are great. However, since the change of management I feel all pride in caring for our building has been lost. The care given on the 1st floor is definitely not the same on the 4th. The hallways are NEVER cleaned. The parking structure is a dump. I never see Management walking the complex to check for trash or any issues that need to be addressed. It's supposed to be a smoke free facility however, there are TONS of cigarettes on the floors. The photos show what I have to walk over when I get out of my car. Truly just disgusted

So, I am very discouraged about living here now. I have been here since Feb. of this year and it is getting more and more less secure. Since living here cars have been broken into and other vandalism has occurred. Just last night, Christmas trees that my neighbor had bought and placed outside both our doors had either been vandalized or stolen. Yes, someone stole a Christmas tree. When reporting to the apartment management about the occurrence from last night, they just said, "oh, we are sorry that happened." They have very minimal security at this place. There is no security cameras on any levels

I'm a victim of a fire/flood in these apartments. Fire in a unit above on the 4th floor and then sprinklers flooded every apartment below including my apartment on the 1st floor back in November... After about a month+ of being displaced (RUINED THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S EVE OF 2016 AND NEW YEAR'S DAY BY THE WAY) and sleeping in hotels paid for by a combination of myself and my renters insurance, my kids and I moved back into the same unit.
Now, on just last week (6 months later) a pipe burst behind the wall on the 2nd floor

This community is wonderful. The staff is so kind and helpful, especially Shasity in the leasing office. She always goes above and beyond to cater to current residents and potential residents, answering any and all questions or resolving any issues that come up! This complex has great resident events a few times a month, which is great for meeting neighbors and keeping the close community vibe. Let me start by saying what an incredible property! One11 is state of the art, I toured on my first visit felt extremely comfortable with the staff they we're all courteous and helpful, which led to me signing my lease I've had no issues since I moved in. I would highly recommend to all! I couldn't complain with free 6 weeks I was given , major plus. Hope this review helps future residents.

I am extremely disappointed, although the complex is very nice and well maintained since it is newly built. The reason I am giving it one star is because I wanted to get a transfer to a 2 bedroom apartment simply to accommodate my children. They denied the transfer stating that the apartments are too new and they aren't allowing no one a transfer and I will have to wait 7 months if I want to transfer (as if my kids can wait ) I am going through custody agreement with my ex and simply trying to accommodate my 3 children. I would like to say that i have taken the best decision of my life by moving to One11 , Where Luxurious has higher level and different definition than any other luxury communities around socal would have .
Big appartments , modern kitchen designs and high end appliances , amazing amenities along with amazing Pool & Jacuzzi and the sound system that playing the Top music all the day make me feel that I'm in Vegas everyday .
Literally I'm surrounded with everything i need from grocery stores to restaurants ,within less than 3 Miles radiation , and so close the 91 , 15 freeways
Big appartments , modern kitchen designs and high end appliances , amazing amenities along with amazing Pool & Jacuzzi and the sound system that playing the Top music all the day make me feel that I'm in Vegas everyday .

Staff is not accommodating to changing family scenarios. You're basically out of luck if you need a transfer into a larger apartment due to changes in occupancy. Not only do they make you wait, they also have you re-lease for another year instead of continuing with the one you already have. We were lied to on a constant basis and were told we could not transfer due to the apartments being new and it would difficult to re-lease a used apartment. So essentially we were denied due to the management’s interest in maintaining a profit. Which after confirming with the housing authority is an unethical
