For my first apartment, this location has truly felt like a community. Mrs. Tess in the leasing office has been wonderful from day 1 and truly cares about her residents' wellbeing. The office has given timely updates and renovations notices. Maintenance is quick and thorough. I love that they host events for the community on a regular. Residents are very respectful. Outside of the regular lawn and building care noise, the complex is quiet which is perfect for those who telecommute more often these days. Happily living in my third year here!

Update 11/25: Been living here almost two months now and so far it’s been pretty good. The biggest con is the amount and size of bugs we have seen in our short time living here. I based my decision a lot on the reviews and none really mentioned anything about bugs so I thought we were safe, but so far have seen some large roaches and many centipedes. Pest control is very quick and responsive, but not sure how well it actually works since they’ve already come 3 times to spray. Hopefully it gets better with the temps dropping.

After living in an unpleasant complex for two years, Berkshire at Vinings is so much more pleasant! I love how well kept the complex is and how attentive the staff are to residents. Definitely would give it a 10/10 and shout-out to the Cobu team for the sweet appreciation! 👏🏾🤑

I did like how the place was neat and quiet when I moved in here. Their leasing office was organized and the leasing manager called Willie was very helpful throughout the leasing and moving in process.
So far, I'm enjoying the place and I'm happy with how management is responsive to any queries that arise.

I love living in this community! The facilities are stellar with a comfortable gym, luxe swimming pool, and top of the line tennis courts all conveniently located to satisfy any need for activity. The landscaping is pristine and it’s a joy to walk around the property. Management and maintenance are always quick to help with any questions or requests. Other residents are friendly and kind. I couldn’t ask for more. It’s a great place to call home.

Great place to live! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Willie gave me a tour, was easy to work with and was an immense help when some of my packages where delivered before I was able to move in. I have lived here for a week and any small issues with the apartment where dealt with in a quick and timely manner.

Berkshires at Vinings is a great, safe place to call home! Management & maintenance are top notch, pay attention to detail, & readily available. Responses to maintenance requests are completed in a very timely fashion. Residents are polite & kind. The grounds are well maintained. There are a variety of floor plans available, & parking is plentiful. Welcome to a nice, quiet location off the main road but with very quick access to 285!

I'm glad I came across this apartment complex! I feel good driving through the neighborhood, (slowly, because many of us have children), with the landscaping, pool with waterfall, (open year round!), playground and trees. It feels safe and private, and the neighbors are generally rather respectful of each other. One down side to the apartment-style living is a little lower internet reception -- nothing insurmountable -- and the appliances are a little older.
However, the looks and feels nice; maintenance and pest control are fast to respond; the gym is in working order and clean. I really like

Tess in the front office was amazing! She really made my move in smooth and easy. Maintenance is quick to address requests as well! Since I’ve moved in my apartment has been painted including my door and stairwell. My chimney has been cleaned and my patio painted as well. They try to keep the community clean and have community events.
