Quotes and billing were deliberately confusing charging me $705 in labor for replacing a fuel pump control unit and assembly for 2010 Audi A5. Initially, they quoted $415.00 for labor and $805 in parts. i brought my own parts so the labor was priced at $435.00. The bill came $705 because of $270.00 of diagnostics that they claim that I have approved.. Even though $435 was on the expensive side for such a job, I realized that since the from seat was not functional, it may require added labor time to reaching the fuel pump which is placed under the back seat.
To me that was blatantly dishonest.

The window regulator on my VW Beetle went out leaving my passenger window in the down position. I called the dealership only to be told the part was discontinued and that if I could find it on my own and bring it to them they'd replace it. I called Honest-1 and Ramon spent the better part of 2 days working to track down the part for me. He went the extra mile and the team there had my window fixed in less time than I thought it would take. I will absolutely be back for future service needs and will refer anyone who's looking for a repair shop. Thank you again Ramon & team for your hard work.

I take my vehicles here for oil changes. I love they perform a vehicle inspection. It is included at no extra cost. This has brought to my attention issues on my vehicle before they get out of hand. Ramon has been great to communicate with and had arranged for shuttle service when needed. They have a child friendly area I take my kids if needed. They are professional and treat me as a valued customer.

It is in the name, they are honest to their core. As a female I am always nervous going to an auto repair shop. Thanks to Dan, Ramon, Justin and the other technicians and staff I had my 30 point inspection conducted and emailed to me. I was called and told what was going on every step of the way. Their pricing is fair for the service they provide and the built in warranty on their parts and service.
Go here if you want work done with no upselling or tricks. Also the waiting room and bathrooms are very nice and clean. They provide beverages and snacks to those that wait. It’s an amazing business

They operate just like the Dealer would. They just treat you nicer and don’t try to sell you a new car. I have an extended warranty from PMC. They do warranty work. Warranty work can be tricky. It has to look a certain way on paper or your claim will get denied. Honest 1 lives up to their name. I will definitely go back in the future. Nice people and always upfront.

Recently took my car for Front rotors and brake pads replacement I supplied my own parts. I was was skeptical as I am real picky where I take my car, but I picked up the phone gave them a call. The person I spoke on the phone was nice and was able to get me in within 2 hrs of the call. When I finally went in everyone there is nice they tell you everything you need to know about your car service and also provide updates via email and text. The service done on my car so far so good on the drive home no issues yet whatsoever. Great honest people, friendly and fantastic fair prices. I will definitely
