Charlie Car Care was opened by the Herrera family in 2016. The Herrera family has been in the industry for 17 years with experience in oil change services and vehicle repair. The Herrera family loves everything about cars! Old cars, new cars and custom cars - you name it! All cars present their own unique set of challenges and experiences.
Not only are all of the staff friendly and welcoming, extra care is taken to explain what the problem(s) is/are and the benefits of having problems fixed. In addition, Madeline shares any coupons available for necessary servicing and any additional rebates. Although I have moved from the area, the 40 minute drive is worth the trust I have in Mobil1elgin.
