Great costumer service. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and the owner asked if I was a costumer already. When I responded that I wasn't he took the time to formally introduced himself which I thought was very nice, especially with how busy they were. They did my oil change but also wrote up all the other things I needed done on my truck, which I knew about most of them to an extent. He said they would be honored if I chose them to do the other work on my truck but had no problem discussing the issues with my dad so that he could do some of the work to save me a little money

I took my 19 year old car in to get checked out. They were thorough and went over what needed attention and what could be put on a watch list. No pressure to fix everything. He even had pictures. I feel that they are a very trust worthy repair shop. K&S is now my go to when I need some car repairs.

My two tires were very low, I called, spoke with Seth and he said come right over and they would do a quick ck and refill and it was a slow leak. They were so helpful on short notice! I then scheduled full inspection and tires removed, rims cleaned and tires reinstalled. Full description and pictures of work done and areas ckd but ok. Very good work, fair prices, and great customer service. Advocates of regular maintenance to prevent issues and prolong life of vehicle. I have a 2005 Odyssey w 160k miles and want to keep it going! Highly recommend Seth and Mike and their team.

I went to K&S for a pre purchase inspection on a used vehicle. I live quite a ways from Elgin, but Seth worked directly with the dealer to arrange the inspection and save me the trip. He also gave me some referrals for mechanics closer to home since I'm fairly new to the area. They went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend K&S!

This place is AWESOME! This is a local family run business. The owners/mechanics truly care about their customers. I had an issue with my car's exhaust and was quoted $1700 at another garage. K & S made a simple fix and my total came out to $70. I will absolutely be going again! Mike is really nice and knowledgeable. This is a friendly, honest, and reasonably priced auto shop.
