Orange Plaza Apartments

Just moved in recently and Desiree has been so nice and welcoming, she is very attentive and really makes us feel like we’re home. Alfredo, the maintenance man is also very nice and is on top of it when there is an issue. Any issue that is brought up to Desiree is immediately taken care of by Alfredo within a day at most. So far, the neighbors have all been nice. The ONLY negative thing about living here is the parking. It’s horrible. People from the other apartments will block you in and park right next to your car so you aren’t able to get out.

My family and I have really enjoyed living here for the past 8 years. Alfredo and Desiree have been so good to us. Work orders get done quickly. No complaints from this apartment complex.

I have been living at Orange Plaza Apartments for 6 years now and have been quite happy with our stay here.
Desiree the leasing manager and Alfredo the maintenance technician have always treated us with quick and timely service. They have made our stay here as smooth as I could hope for. I have seen Desiree and Alfredo randomly around and mention an issue at our unit and they always take care of it ASAP!
I think the biggest issue is parking at this complex but other than that the location and environment is great!

I have lived at Orange Plaza Apartments for over 4 years now, have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. Desiree Alvarez is by far the best manager i have ever had, she has always been professional and courteous! She is just Amazing!! The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues that may occur. These are great apartments in a great area, we have literally all the stores around walking distance, mall, restaurants, grocery markets, everything!! Cannot name a store that it isn't around. Great place to live, would probably live here till

Been in Orange Plaza apartments for exactly two years...I feel safe here knowing that management always takes care of any issues and Alfredo from maintenance is great!
Desiree the manager is very pleasant and always responds immediately with any requests. I have a large unit here and a great view to the pool area and am close to laundy as well.
I also love the shade trees and landscaping!

We've been in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment with OPA for over 1.5 years. Moving in was very easy and the manager Desiree is very understanding and helpful.
Our stay here has been very peaceful! It's a quiet place with friendly neighbors.
A few things I want to make sure to bring light to are the Maintence and the communication between management.
Alfredo, (Maintence) is awesome! He is very handy and cares about the apartment. Not only are needs addressed, I've witnessed Alfredo pick up trash inside and outside the plaza. That man is very hard at work and should be recognized.

Orange Plaza is a wonderful place to live. Desiree the property manager and Alfredo the maintenance manger are kind and professional. They both go above and beyond for all the residents and are quick to respond to any requests or concerns. The apartments are well maintained with lots of greenery throughout the property. They are close to freeways and shopping centers.

I’ve lived here for over 5 years, and my experience has been great! For being such a large complex, management does a great job at ensuring they get to know everyone. Desiree, is always accommodating, and friendly. She addresses any concerns immediately.
The on-site maintenance is fantastic. Any issue that arises, no matter how big or small, Alfredo, the maintenance manager, is quick to respond, and resolve.
Parking can be tough, but the apartments are spacious, and overall wonderfully run complex.

Amazing value for the price. I recently moved into a 1-Bed 1-Bath unit and was blown away with how big the space is, honestly more than I know what to do with.
Desiree is very responsive to emails and is a very friendly person to talk to in person. Maintenance is very attendant to your needs, I requested a work order and it was taken care of the very next day.
The neighbors here are quiet and very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live in Orange.

Been here since 2006. And I enjoy the neighborhood, the people who live here are all nice in passing and are quiet(98% of the time. lol) and respectful.

Rent is pretty reasonable. I split it with 2 roommates, so its very affordable for me. Hence why I have been here since 2006.

Parking: Regular street parking does get hard to find in the evenings. BUT, there is a GIANT empty parking lot across the street. Its a 45 second walk from my apartment. I dont understand why people complain about the parking. No matter what, you will always have a parking spot within 1 minute walking distance from the

It was good for the money for a while, rent goes up every chance they get. As a result there were lots of younger people on budgets moving in and out. Within 2 years rent went from $1400 to over $1600. Staff is ok. Apartments are large. Things are fixed fast but break frequently. Parking is beyond awful.

THE DOG RULES ARE A JOKE. There were at least 8 large breed "service dogs" in just our section alone within 2 years. Mostly pit bulls, but there was also a boxer, a mastiff mix, a 100+lb great dane, and two very aggressive cattle dogs.

I'm not sure why the rating on here is only 3 stars. This is a great place to live! It is more affordable than anywhere else in OC, staff lives on site so it's always clean and management is responsive. Mostly college students and families who live here - quiet and friendly community. The pools were all just renovated and are always kept clean. There is tons of storage space in the apartment, and each unit gets its own covered and secure parking garage that also has extra storage space in it. Lived here for nearly 2 years and only moving because of my job.

My family and I have lived here going on 8yrs. We rent the downstairs 3 bedroom with a patio and garage. And through the years there have been one thing or another that would normally happen during 8 years. Everything gets taken care of right away and always to our satisfaction.
I love how much they take time to know not only my children but my pets also.
Did I mention I LOVE THIS PLACE.
The manager is always planning special parties for the children that live here.

I lived in these apartments for about 2 years. I never had issues with any of the neighbors or with management. When it was time to move out, we had them do a walk through with us and tell us what we needed to fix. Once they did that, we deep cleaned the apartment and got our security deposit back. It took about a week, but nonetheless we did get it back.

Sketchy and unprofessional. I haven't got my deposit back yet and it's been 3 months since I was supposed to get it back.

I made an appointment on a Tuesday to come see the apartments. By the time I arrived there on Friday, the space had been rented--and NO ONE called me to cancel the appointment. I drove an hour each way to see Orange Plaza, and when I arrived, the administrator (named Karen) was brusque and rude. Total waste of time. She offered to get a hold of me if something opened up, but I have serious misgivings about a company that has such unprofessional administration and communication.

I currently live here and I have lived here for over a year now. For the most part this apartment is great. It's a roomy 1 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment at 850sqf, which is nice! You also get a 1 car garage with storage included in the price. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful.
