I have been to several funerals at Molten-Bell and thought they have always done a nice job. This time it was our time to plan the funeral for an elderly aunt and using someone other than Molten-Bell was not even a thought. We started out working with Alexandra who was so calming and comforting. No pressure. It was all about what we wanted. From selecting the casket to the night of the service. Alex had some pre-scheduled time off during the time we selected for visitation but she made sure every detail was transitioned perfectly to Jeremy who also was very comforting. Always hospitable, clean and comfortable. I had 2 back to back funerals to attend and the employees were very pleasant and opened the door as I entered and exited the building and offered a comforting and reassuring smile. It made me feel like they truly cared about the given situation. They adhered to the CDC guidelines and set up a social distancing pathway to maneuver through the facility and had PPE available. 🌹For everyone in my family who had passed away, we used Molthen-Bell & Sons. We have used this funeral home over the years for many members of our family and have always had a great experience. Recently, my father passed away suddenly and though I had never had to plan a funeral the staff was so excellent in helping me through the process. I would HIGHLY recommend using this funeral home. Nick was our director and he was a pleasure to work with.
