The apartment I moved in has been renovated and everything is new and clean. The property managers at The Carlyle are very nice, responsive, and helpful. The assistant property manager, Jenly Lam guided me through the whole application and move-in process, kindly and patiently.
The community is gated and located at a nice district which is close to supermarket and restaurants.

We love the Carlyle! As a disabled veteran with a special needs child this feels more like a home than an apartment to us. The staff is so friendly and absolutely supportive of any of our needs in a timely manner. The pool and the fountain and the grounds itself are beautiful. We love the wall-to-wall windows they let in so much light into our home. Walking distance to local parks which is so important for my son. We hope to continue to live here for many years to come! Special thanks to Nichol Hendricks for all the extras she does for veterans like me.

I’ve been living here since a couple of months. The staff, especially Jenly, has been very helpful since the beginning. She helped us with the apartment tour, leasing and guided us with setting up several accounts. I really appreciate her polite and prompt response to every single question we had. Everyone from leasing office and maintenance staff are very resourceful and productive. We highly recommend this community!

I've lived there for almost 3 years. Overall, I've had a very good experience with the only exception of a long running pool reconstruction that lasted several months due to Covid. Pros: cozy apartment with electric fireplace and nice garden views, friendly staff, repair orders are promptly addressed, awesome pool and bbq area. Cons: gym is pretty basic, the complex was not as newly constructed as others in the area (though they may be a bit pricier).

One of the best places I have ever lived. The staff are so friendly and professional. I am surprised how Nichol and Jenly remembered my name, even after I lived here for just a short time...they really make you feel like a person and not just a tenant. They take their time to help answer questions, reply emails and explain what is going on in the building site. They go above and beyond.
Too many words to express my sincere thanks to the Carlyle team and as well to the maintenance crew who are always smiling!
