Turnkey Property Inspections is a small family owned business based in Bend, OR. Our goal is to do one inspection at a time and have the report to the client the same day. We have no interest in being a big inspection company. My interest in property inspection began in apartments of Orange County, California.

We take the stress out of moving with Utility Set-Up, we will set up all of the utilities for the homeowners new home. This is a one stop service, one call does it all!

We were able to schedule quickly and the report turn around was also very fast. Jesse reviewed all items of concern at the time of inspection so no surprises on the report. However, all the additional information and photos that were included were very thorough and helpful.

The inspector was very professional and responsive. The reason for a 4/5 is because he missed a couple things. My wife and I did a walk through of the house the next day and found problems with the crown molding and a good size water mark on the ceiling in the garage... I know it’s tough to find everything. I still would recommend this company.

Jesse is a great inspector. He has inspected many homes for me and always does a rock solid job. He is very professional and great with clients. I highly recommend him if you are seeking an inspector as he is always up to date with current add-ons such as sewer scopes, radon tests, and lead based paint samples. Jesse did an awesome job. He was able to get out to the property quickly, and we were very pleased with how quickly he was able to provide the inspection report. His report was thorough and explained recommendations so that they made sense to first time home buyers (like us).
