Colin provided a very thorough inspection that provided me with both bargaining power and realistic expectations of what work I will need to do and prioritize after closing. He respectfully explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. His report was incredibly detailed, with pictures and videos of things in good and poor condition. He was also available when I had follow-up questions, days later, during negotiations. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family and would ask him to inspect any house I try to buy.

Vaulted Home Inspections is the best! Colin is quite knowledgeable, his inspection was very thorough, he is a terrific communicator and a super nice guy. He identified a problem that we were able to get corrected before closing. He answered my questions and explained the different systems in our home. The home inspection report is clear and helpful with photos, and it points out shut-offs and other features. This inspection gave us confidence with our purchase.

Colin was professional and able to fit us into his schedule. His report was thorough and he followed up with us within a day or two of sending. My only issue is that his email went into our spam/junk folder so we were delayed one day but otherwise I would highly recommend his service for a pre-sale inspection.
