We are a local company, not a franchise. We work hard for you, and take pride in our work. We feel we produce an excellent end product, and our customers go away feeling confident, educated, and well satisfied with all aspects of their experience with us. I love walks, taking the canoe out, sunshine, and to curl up with a good movie and a glass of red wine.
We inspect commercial buildings - large and small. Bowling alleys, medical offices, churches, warehouses etc. NOTE: Understand we are not code inspectors nor do we report on ADA compliances. For those hard to access roofs, or for when we need an extra vantage point, we will (on occasion) launch our drone and add those photos to your report.
In working with a variety of building inspectors, I have to say Steve is not only extremely knowledgeable but HERE IS THE KEY. He has the ability to explain clearly with analogies to the average person what is going on with the structure that is being inspected. It's one thing to have experience, it's another to KNOW how to communicate it, along with humility and intelligence.
We systematically and carefully examine the property. Typically we begin with the exterior and go through a pre-formulated procedure that ensures every component of the property is carefully examined. Following the inspection (within 24 hours) you will receive a detailed and comprehensive report with pictures illustrating various items, repair/replace needs, and/or other defects observed.
