Dined for the first time on Tuesday, after saying that I wanted to try them for quite a while, and we honestly should’ve came sooner. We dined during lunch and since it was our first time, we decided to do the lunch special of 2 meats + 2 sides for $17. I got the brisket and spare ribs with macaroni and sweet potato mash, and my girlfriend got the sausage and spare ribs with baked beans and potato salad. I don’t eat everyone’s potato salad but my girlfriend enjoyed it a lot, however her and I both agreed the baked beans were a tad salty. We absolutely loved the macaroni and I love a good

Since we do our own BBQ, we are pretty picky about defining good BBQ. Texas Jack’s is good BBQ. Very much reminds me of BBQ from Texas. Brisket is seasoned with salt, pepper, and maybe some garlic. The moist brisket was smoked well and flavorful. The beef short rib and chicken was good as well. The brisket hash was amazing. Highly recommend.

This place need to learn how to make real BBQ. The owner is from Greece, and the head Chef is from NY… just hearing that it changed my opinion on the food but I was like hey let me give it a try. The drinks were the best thing I had that what I can say. I have had BBQ all over the nation and this ranks last for me. The brunt ends where dry and had no meat on them, they had no BBQ sauce on them. It wasn’t a different between them in the brisket. I know they are the same meat but they should be there own favor and it wasn’t there. The staff was super nice and was on top of everything we needed

We were very impressed with the speed of service and quality of food. We ordered 3 tacos, brisket, potato salad, slaw, collards, sweet potato mash, pulled pork, corn bread, and smoked wings. Each item was nicely seasoned, the meat was tender, and the pickled red onion was a nice diversion from the rich meat.
Of note, was the lime sauce on the tacos. Ridiculous!
Like your corn bread not too dry? It was moist enough.
Collards were flavorful with burnt ends.
And, the slaw was not over-dressed. Just right!
Potato salad was tasty with egg and what seemed to be creole mustard. The tates were not

One of my husbands coworker suggested this place. So when I had an event nearby, I decided to give it a shot. I appreciated that it had a patio. I wanna enjoy the nice weather while we got it and it’s also much better for my little ones. I also appreciated that I could make a reservation for a Saturday. I don’t wanna mess around with any long wait times. We were seated immediately!
My dad and I decided to share the loaded nachos and a half slab of ribs. Oh my goodness! These ribs are enormous! When I was told that their smallest order only had three ribs, I worried that wouldn’t be enough

Good bbq beef brisket and cornbread. I've also been looking for good bbq chicken and I found it here. The side dishes of French fries, mashed potatoes, potato salad, and mac&cheese were a nice addition. The nachos were different from what we are used to - using queso Blanco cheese and we got it with pulled chicken bbq. Busy social location good customer service!
