My daughter just moved here in a two bedroom you can't believe everyone and everything that people post her apartment is really nice big walk in closet no bugs as people said she said Mya is sweet her air was mess up maintenance was right on top of it I love her apartment they may not look the best on the outside but they are very nice in the inside.

These folks tried to scam me. I paid my fees and applied online. I changed my mind after doing more extensive research after I'd paid about $210. I asked for a refund on the the fees aside from the basic application fee which I was aware was non refundable. The woman told me I would be sent a check in the mail with my refund. And guess what?! Never sent. I called my bank right away and they credited my account thankfully with every penny these people tried to hold. They don't care about anyone. They just want to scam you and take you for all you have.

Affordable apartments, decent size, the office personnel are friendly enough and are willing to work with you. However, if you need any sort of maintenance done you have to really stay on top of them and bug them. It could be the building I live in but they are constantly having hot water issues. I'm talking about going days on end without any hot water.

My family and I have lived here going on 3 years and it has been a great and peaceful place to live. We used to live in North Dallas where we experienced gun shootings every other night, bed bug infestation, loud music on the weekends etc... Since we moved here it has been such a great experience for us where I can be at peace with my kids playing outside and not having to worry. The office managers are such sweet ladies that have made our experience living here very easy with a peace of mind. Every apartment or home will have its issues but they have managed to get any minor issues we’ve had

Great quality apartments for an affordable price. The wonderful customer service, Shelly and Maya are great and lots of help whenever I need.
Maintenance staff is great, they have fixed every issue fast.
I love the pool and nice park so close to the apartment. Good location to close to everything in the DFW.

I visited your leasing office. It was so nice. An employee named Brittany gave me water and made me feel comfortable. She seems so sweet. Brittany looked up options for my budget. The prices seem reasonable. I love the floor plans. I just want you to know that she was very helpful and nice. Other places I have visited were rude and didn't seem to want me there. So thank you Brittany.

I love the Staff and Management Team; Maya Lopez and Shelly Perez, Maintenance guys that keep the apartment clean and also the outside groundkeepers keep it clean and free of debris here at Bear Creek Apartments. Whatever you may need they are here and will assist you with the apartment. I also told some of my family about Bear Creek and how they will help you with getting your apartment here . I like my neighbors very safe place to be. I have never rented from anyone before and I would recommend my family and friends here.
