Before you sign a lease you will find a good customer service with words once you sign lease things changes with lots of attitude . Laundry is always out of order . Bad dryer. Only rip off your money. Mouse issue on ground floor. Had a very tough time while living here. I don’t recommend people to be here think 100 times before taking a decision of living here.

We move from Maryland to Texas last year . I found Manchester apartment via google , they provide apartments very easily within few days we were able to move Manchester apt ,we don’t have single problem....… Responsive and amenable staff, quick an efficient maintenance, and everyone is great , I already referred some my friends , they are enjoying here , more friend coming here soon , I would like to highly recommend for other new people also .
