I have been living here for about 3 months and so far it has been a terrible experience. The maintenance is very unprofessional and lazy, they never want to fix anything. We have been asking for pest control since we moved in 3 months ago and have not received anything. There is roaches, june bugs, and carpet beetles in our apartment. There is 24 hour noises every single day from our upstairs neighbors which is very annoying and it is hard to get sleep with the noise. There is some plumbing issues as well. And today one of the apartments windows was leaking water from the rain. DO NOT MOVE HERE

I’ve lived in Ash Lane Apartments for around 10 years. I love it here. Office personnel and maintenance are very professional and pleasant. A great place to live. I’ve seen some bad comments on here but my opinion is if you treat people with respect they will respect you. If you try to make the place you live a good place then it will be good for everyone. I have had mostly good neighbors over the years. The bad ones don’t stay long. I am very thankful I found this complex and the people that work hard to run it.

This November will be 3yrs I've lived in these apartments. I think I probably had to call the office 3 or 4 times total behind minor things in my home. I love the piece of mind I have here. The maintenance crew is absolutely amazing. I'm not sure why the comments are what they are but I assure you this is a good area and set of apartments to live in.

The manager is never in the office when I call or go in there. It gets annoying hearing "Kelly is not here right now, but can I help you with something?". Jessica and Carol are very helpful and are the only reason this review is getting any stars! It would just be nice to talk to the person in charge some times.

Walked in looking for a 2 bedroom, unfortunately there was a sign on the door saying 2 bedroom waiting list was closed. I went ahead and asked for some information. Carol the lovely assistant manager helped me out. She was very informative of the area and the property. She did mention there was a move in for the upcoming Friday and the unit was ready if I wanted to take a look.

I lived here for a year and a half and the only reason why I moved out was to be closer to my parents. I never had a problem with the management, they were always very warm and welcoming when I'd drop off my rent/pick up mail from the front. The model home that I viewed upon signing my lease was exactly what I got when I moved into my own apartment home. Every time I made a work order, it took them no longer than a day to have the maintenance man come out to fix it. Overall- I enjoyed my stay at Ash Lane Apartments!
