Disappointed to say the least. I lived at the Franciscan for two and a half years. I paid my bills on time and left my apartment spotless. When I left in March of this year.. I was promised a part of my deposit within two weeks of leaving.
I never received the deposit back. I have called multiple times and they never got back to me. This complex changes management often..so maybe my information slid between the cracks, but still EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I have been here for three weeks and have had nothing but issue after issue from the a/c going out and it taking 5+ days to repair it to absolutely no parking. Do not rent here. The trash piles up over the weekend and my apartment was filthy when I moved in. The floors had not been cleaned and there was still food splattered in the microwave. I had an incident with maintenance who came in while I was in the shower and when I asked him to leave and come back he wouldn’t leave. Management has handled my claims very poorly. Do not rent here.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I enjoy my home away from home. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Cassidy and the Maintenance team are very responsive. My A/C went out and the team was there and had it fixed immediately. The Franciscan at Bear Creek has many amenities I have never had before in other places. Great place to call home.

Cassidy Lane & her team are very professional!!! They are all very kind and put the residence interest FIRST.
She has worked around the clock on many projects and still made me feel like I was a priority!!!!
I highly recommend Franciscan at Bear Creek, not only is the staff amazing but the complex at whole feels very secure and home like!!!

Franciscan is where I have had several friends live over the years and they always loved it. We have decided to remodel our house and needed to rent an apartment for the interim and were on a time crunch to get something secured! Cassidy was able to get us approved in less than 24 hours and had move in set EXACTLY in the timeline we needed! The unit is perfect for us, totally upgraded, and her communication has been A++! Highly recommend!

Hi I just moved over here to the area I must say that the moving process was kinda difficult but at the end it was totally worth it the people in front office was completely nice in understanding and they helped me with all of my questions in our concerns in order to make my move a easy transfer. Highly recommend people to move over here loving it

I’ve lived at the Franciscan almost 3 years and really enjoy my updated and bright apartment. I’ve had some maintenance issues but the management was responsive, and the maintenance team is courteous and helpful. The grounds and pool are well cared for. The complex is overall pretty quiet and great location near 360 — but not too near that you have to listen to the traffic! Management offers occasional treats and movie night snacks which is nice personal touch for the residents.

Shelby and the rest of the staff at the Franciscan are what make this place so amazing! They make it feel like home from the time you walk in the office door. Shelby bent over backwards to get us the best deal! My fiance and I ended up not leasing here because the price wasn't right but I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home. The property is super clean and well maintained.
