These apartments use to be quiet and felt more like home. Police activity here has been more frequent. They were chasing a guy a few weeks ago through the complex. There's a monthly alarm charge for an alarm that's not even monitored by ADT. Alot of come and go traffic through the complex. Loud music and alcohol bottles on the ground. Ac units are old and apartments are warm during the summer months. Beware and look elsewhere and try to stretch your budget.

April was very patient with my questions and made my moving process very simple. My apartment was spotless on my move in day and maintenance has been very quick on my work orders. Great place to live. Also very quiet. Quincy was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and was able to solve my work orders both quickly and efficiently. Great staff

I moved into Bandera Ranch Apartments 10/2018. I have always felt safe here and honestly there have never been any incidents occur that has made me feel different. There has been a change in management and as we all know that can raise concerns in many ways but I decided to post this message because I am extremely pleased with the positive changes. I had several needs in my apartment that failed to be addressed in the past, so I called the office and spoke to April, whom was very professional and attentive to my needs. She informed me to go on the resident portal and turn in maintenance request

These apartments seem to have really gone downhill this year. Prices are the best around but what you pay for is what you get I guess.. The office is very unresponsive to any issues you have. The office staff and mantienance people seem to change each month. There's always nasty water leaking in the parking lot and parking lot repairs that have taken months to complete. Parking spots are very limited. Trash and alcohol bottles laying around because of trashy residents. Pool closes at 10pm but residents are out there at midnight on a Tuesday night. The African American girl in the office, is incredibly rude. Dealt with her on 3 different occasions, and every experience was worse than the next. No hospitality. Terrible service. Having a good relationship with those whom you work with and/or work for should be a priority and it’s definitely not. It’s a shame because the apartments have potential, but it’s spoiled by the god-awful service.

Me and my family have been here about 2yrs and it is a great community. The community is clean and maintenance is the best. I have witnessed a lot of positive changes with the new management and it is making these apartments better. I do hate the my neighbor apartment strongly smell like weed 24/7 and have a lot of traffic. It’s sad that I found out this weekend that it’s the office leasing agent who live here.But anyways love this community😊

A resident that I work with told me to go by Bandera Ranch Apartments because she loved them so much. She spoke of timely maintenance issues being resolved instead of having to call everyday to check on them. I walked in without an appointment and was curious about the property. I was met by the property manager, Nichole, and she was very attentive and helpful in my search. They didn’t have any properties available for me but I was afforded a tour of the apartment that I was inquiring about. They are very nice and Nichole was very knowledgeable to answer all the questions I had for her. She informed

I absolutely love this place! The complex is clean and well maintained, visitors can park anywhere except the covered parking areas, my apartment was thoroughly cleaned, stove and fridge appeared to be brand new! Sandy is extremely sweet, you can tell she cares about people. She and Nicole answered all my questions without making me feel like I was bothering them.
