It's source is uranium. Mike came to do my inspection and boy is he a world class professional - super thorough, able to explain everything in laymen's terms and gave great input on the fixes needed, options available and priority to do it in. Aside from that, he was also very patient (I was running late and he was good natured about waiting for me even though it was getting late on a Saturday evening) and he was very nice and fun to talk to in general.
Anyways, he does about 450 inspections a yr and it shows. I'd recommend using him for all your home inspection needs!

As out of town buyers we needed a company we could trust to do an inspection on our future home. We wanted to get our house inspected before our warranty expired. Mike was a great inspector! He was very professional! He had some questions for us as he was walking around looking at the house. After spending 2+ hours inspecting the house he took plenty of time to explain "concerns" he had.

Jason did a fantastic job on our home inspection. I felt the rates where appropriate for the excellent service provided and was more than satisfied with the thoroughness of the in person walk thru of the property as well as the written report. I utilized the sewer scope and radon testing options and am happy with the quick results. Additionally, the online booking and payment options made their services extra easy to utilize.

Mike did our home inspection. He was very professional, thorough, considerate, has lots of experience in home building, and took the time to explain everything. The inspection took about 2 hours for our 1,800 Sq Ft home and was complete with photos and details. He was on time, very respectful and even wore booties on his shoes to protect our floor/carpet. We got our home report 3 hours after he departed. Before he left he took the time to explain all high priority items and answered our questions. Cost for inspection was determined on the square footage of our home.
