Coming from someone that had a terrible experience at a “luxury” apartment building in Denver this place is truly a enjoyable property. Patti, Nicole and all the staff including the maintenance team are awesome! I’ve since moved out of state, but I would highly encourage anyone looking for a place in Highlands Ranch to consider Solana. From move in to move out the experience was top notch. This should be the model of how complexes are run. The only thing I’ll say is that if you value parking and having a dedicated space, pay the extra money for a garage. The lot fills up quick.

The staff, amenities, & views are fantastic! The apartments are modern, well-appointed, spacious, & have huge closets. We especially appreciated the gas stove, soft-closing cabinetry, & stainless steel appliances. Like any apartment you never know what your neighbors will be like, but Patti was always quick & kind responding to our concerns. Once you see this place you'll fall in love like we did.

We have loved living at Solana lucent station. We have lived here about a year and 2ish months. We recently signed our lease because what’s not to love about this place. Let’s start with the front office. AMAZING SERVICE. Nicole, Patti, & Leah do an amazing job at ensure all your needs are met to the best of their ability. They just go above and beyond for this place even when people are not so kind to them.
The maintenance team is also amazing and always getting the job done! They keep our community in top top shape. Overall the community environment is fantastic. Everyone is so friendly

I lived here for about 3 years and what made it such a wonderful experience was the staff. Each and every one of them always treated me with kindness and courtesy at every step. Nicole, Patti and Dennis in particular always treated me like family. I would highly recommend living here for anyone looking for an awesome place to live.

I lived here for over 2 years and I often regret moving. Not only is Solana an amazing place to live from the incredible view and awesome amenities, but the staff makes all of the difference. Nicole and Patti are the most awesome management team. They are always fast to respond to any need and make you feel at home. I would give 100 stars if I could. I can not recommend this place enough!

UPDATE: Management has improved as of late, taking feedback and making changes to my prior complaints. The office seems to be willing to work with residents to fix long-standing issues.
Parking management has improved, spaces have become more available as of late. Availability ebbs and flows now, presumably before and after towing rounds. I wish there was more than 4 bicycle parking spaces, especially some covered parking, but now some of the flat-tire bikes taking up spaces have been removed, and it's not currently an issue.
