The Station

The convenience of the location is very nice, but constant construction almost negates the convenience.

The Station is well run and in a great location. Even through construction, I enjoyed living there.

I've been a resident at the Station Apartments for 7 years of which Jackie Annunziata has been the Community Manager for two years! Jackie really cares for the safety and wellbeing of her tenants. She has always gone above and beyond with a timely response to my maintenance requests.
Currently, The Stations is undergoing major renovations with installations in each unit: new windows, sliders, and balconies. And installation of new siding on all the buildings. Major upgrades! We love it here! Maintenance is quick to respond and Jackie in the office is kind and helpful. Any issues we have had were resolved quickly. Thank you!

Conveniently waste your money by renting here! You will wake up to no water weekly. If you call emergency maintenance you will be asked to fix the problem yourself. Take a walk by and see if you can even recognize the place-it looks nothing like the pictures...

They are ok. Woman in the leasing office was slightly inattentive and they didn't really have any apartments for rent that were within our budget. They have their own parking, but no guest parking that I could see.

A great place to live. Management and maintenance very professional. Close to downtown Main Street and lightrail Station. Have lived here 5 years and have had no complaints. Rents are reasonable considering the area

These are called the Courtyards now. We moved here in January and have a two bedroom. It's been a wonderful experience. Our landlord, Chris, is really kind; maintenance is nice and quick--anything goes wrong, it's taken care of. The only complaint I have is that the windows are due for a redo. Some of them won't stay open without being propped up and the seals are weak. Besides that, this is a great location and safe place!
