Rent isn't outrageous. Unrenovated apartments are not properly cleaned before you move in. Usually mail and trash blowing across the courtyard. Maintenance leaves trash in your apartment and entry when they are done doing repairs. Mice run free in the apartments and all that is done is to set traps and the pest control just gives new traps when they visit. Usually smells like weed in the apartment complex...I have to burn a lot of candles to mask the smell. Neighbors sometimes look in your windows so keep blinds closed all the time. A/c is only good in the room the machine is in so you have to

SKM why did you bring Luci back??!!
I've been a resident at Golden Nugget for many years and have good neighbors, a great staff. Even though there's issues throughout, they are very responsive handling resident requests promptly. I am totally in shock that SKM Management brought Luci back to the Golden Nuggets. She literally lies and exaggerates everything, She begs all the tenants to write good reviews about her asking them to use her name specifically. She tells whoever will listen that she has David, Jack and Greg wrapped around her little finger and that they will give her whatever she wants

Really skm management? Why the heck is Luci back. Things were just starting to get done around here, the maintenance team is doing great, the manager, Leshi is amazing and very responsive. And then, here comes a bully and a liar. I won’t be coerced or intimidated into writing a “welcome back we are so excited you’ve returned review” out of fear of someone who uses their power as leverage over tenants and their apartments.

Since they brought Lucy back he was the old manager thanks have been awful! She causes drama to residents gossiping behind everybody's backs, she walks around bragging about having the "boys" at corporate wrapped around a little finger. She purposely lies to the residents, to the management company and to Future residents. She wrote a review about herself by creating a fake profile under the name of an elderly resident that can't see or doesn't know how to use the internet. See Below.

I was wondering whether I should post a review about this property considering I only took a tour. But,. ... It was kind of a weird experience. The lady that showed me the property didn't tell me a whole lot about the property but this year a whole bunch about all of her abilities and when I refer to her as the leasing agent she quickly corrected me and saying she was a director of operations or something like that. Then she went on to share all she had done in the past and all she was doing now and that the owners had brought her back to whip this place into shape and to get things done and she

Really sweet over the phone. Very unprofessional in person. We scheduled a showing during office hours and no one was there. We even arrived 15 minutes before the showing and waited 20 minutes after our scheduled showing time. Still no one arrived. We called in, they confirmed they had us scheduled but they had no information on the whereabouts of the leasing agent who was supposed to show the property. Very upset we drove 40 minutes for nothing.

I am a current resident. Bed bugs, or mice, and or roaches in most every apt that I know people from. Not a nice place to live. Nice maintenance staff, that is always working. Water is shut off without notification at least twice a week. Ignored maintenance requests for half of the lease term, and when I talked to Robbin, she denies even talking to me, and says she didn't delete my maintenance requests, after telling me in person that she did, because she didn't know if it still needed done. Also the wall damage is from a roof leak, that leaked from the top floor, all the way down the bottom floor
