I live here as of now and can’t wait to leave. The parking situation is absolutely ridiculous this is a money scheme and once you sign a contract you are dead in the water. Even though hundreds of people live here there is ONLY 5 GUEST spaces so if you have any company (or more than 1 car) you better pray that wyatts towing doesn’t take your car and charge you 380 dollars for parking in the community you LIVE IN. I brought the issue to the staffs attention and basically told me there’s nothing they can do and that EVERYONE HAS TO FIGHT FOR THOSE 5 SPOTS. My plumbing in the shower and my bathroom

Management is friendly until they have you under contract, then they couldn't care less about you or any issues that arise (specifically Faryl is the WORST). Everything is a cost now that was free a few years ago. They no longer offer annual carpet cleaning when you renew your lease, they rarely plow snow no matter how bad the storm, and they are sure to send out emails letting residents know they aren't required to. Gates are regularly broken and slow to fix, pool is regularly closed due to cleaning issues, and gym equipment is often broken without fixes. Walls are paper thin - hope you enjoy

String of Break-ins after leasing office leaves gate open for 1 full week, inviting theft and danger. Leasing office sends a defensive email informing residents they need to “lock their vehicles and not leave valuables in cars” and “care but never guaranteed our safety”. How about secure a property you are solely responsible for? Absolutely no action taken to prove they care about their residents. Choosing this apartment specifically for its “safety” and location, it’s completely negligent on the property’s part. If you don’t care about your safety or property you should live

Overall this apartment complex is very nice and conveniently located. The views from the balconies and patios is great for most facing to the west towards the foothills and the Platte. The location is great with easy walking access to good shopping/food as well as easy access to the Platte River Trails and the Light Rail just up the road. The amenities are pretty good whenever they actually work (often times things will be down for repairs though). The only reason I cannot recommend this complex to anyone is due to the move out process (see later in this long review).

My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 years now, and it's been the perfect place to call home. There are so many advantages to living at Berkshire-- the staff is so friendly and accommodating and the maintenance team is made up of some of the nicest people I've ever met. You also have all the amenities you could ever need, and the best part we've enjoyed after living at many apt complex ourselves, is the property itself. You can walk to the shops, or go for a run on several trails within the south platte that's all within your backyard. The light rail is also within walking distance to

Just wanted to add to my husband's review about a month ago about the lack of response from the ownership and management at Aspen Grove. Although there are many comments to residents to confirm their experience whether good or bad, if you will note, there has still been NO response about our experience of having the car towed by Wyatt Towing due to extenuating circumstances in a 4 hour period. I would certainly hope the management at least looked into Wyatt's Towing service and changed this service to another. Otherwise, you may have a $4000 expense of repairing your vehicle due to improper towing

I like this community because it is suitable for families. It is next to the Aspen Grove Mall. Also, it is close the park from the west. Everything is reachable cafes such as Starbucks and different kinds of restaurants. Mineral station is about five minutes walking. From Mineral Station to Spring international language center is about six minutes.
