Parkland Square

Overly parked. Not a single parking for a person who lives there. People who probably don’t even live there parked there and underaged little teens drinking at the back of the parking lot after midnight. Should have gate access so it’s limited to residances only

I’ve loved living here so far. Neighbors are great, it’s a quiet little neighborhood but this parking situation has me sleeping at my boyfriends house almost every night.. i pay a decent amount for rent .. what’s going on here?? They say there are people sweeping the lot but that can’t be true bc I wake up and people are illegally parked lol.. I’ve been trying to reach the office and nothing
UPDATE: The office called me back and emailed me about this situation. I really love how they are handling this so far. I have already noticed a difference in parking. I can’t wait to get passes

For affordable housing this is a good option. The apartments are nearly fully remodeled. It is a little "you get what you pay for". The leasing company does try to make it decent. Most tenants are cool and there is a bit of a younger, active crowd. There are a few tenants who don't like having nice things and it impacts the community. If I were living in this area again I would consider Parkland again.

I suggest avoiding this lemon. You see the posts about the water being shut off repeatedly with zero notice and truly awful management that's all true and much more. One of the roughest parts about living there was the pipes banging in the walls, that went on all night every night, not completely sure what the long term health result will be but I know I left feeling horrible. I will do a more complete review soon.

Looking back on our 1st glance of the complex we were pleasantly surprised to find out what we would be moving into, for the price. We have been here a few years and the maintenance team has never let us down. Whether or not we have talked directly with management, emailed the office or talked with one of the amazing maintenance workers, we have always received immediate response to any issue that may pop up and with a smile and friendly conversation while working on the issue professionally and quickly.

If I could rate it less I would. Absolutely horrendous management.
0 consideration for their residents. Nearly no notice if any at all before any major property maintenance. Two separate occasions half the parking was closed off with 0 notice leaving many residents trying to park in the neighborhoods and cross the busy street to get home. Currently unable to leave my apartment for 2 days due to concrete being poured. Got 10 hours notice on that one. Management alone makes this a place to avoid. The are for residents to walk their dogs has it trash can emptied once every three weeks at best. You

While this place is off a busy street, it feels safe and the neighbors are kind! Some families and dogs live here, and people are relatively quiet and keep to themselves. They are doing some remodels with all new appliances and wood panel flooring, so new tenants are coming in and it feels like the place is upgrading a bit. Mine was one of the newer units and while small, was still pretty nice inside. The best part by far and the reason for my 5 stars is the management here. Amanda is super friendly, and VERY responsive. Maintenance is also wicked fast if you ever need anything. Just the most accommodating

Apartment itself was okay. Management is terrible. Took 6 months for them to order shelves for my kitchen cabinets. I moved in WITHOUT shelves.. They are NEVER in the office during their office hours. I saw 3 different managers within 1 year of living there, so VERY inconsistent communication. Laundry rooms closed at random times due to pipes that kept bursting. The only good thing I have to say, the park that is nearby is very nice.
