Christine has been maintaining her new FIERCE body for the last two years while continuing to train at Fierce Fitness! Maria has been training at Fierce Fitness for 4 months and has already seen an incredible transformation! If any of you know the real me, I have never been a true "athletic" person. I have always had my other strengths but balance and coordination has always been a personal struggle for me. I am sharin.
Services
During this 60-minute class, participants will be lead through a well-rounded Pilates program, suitably matched to the individual's fitness level. Participants will experience a unique combination of Pilates mat exercises and floor exercises utilizing equipment such as the stability ball, flexbands, and hand weights.

Awesome gym. I trained here before my baseball season and I left in excellent shape. Trainer is amazing as well. Would recommend to anyone!!
