When we sit around the table for dinner, the conversation isn't about food, travel or the latest fashion, it's about our favorite workouts, PRs, new methods of training or exercises (sorry Mom!). We don't just own a CrossFit Affiliate, we live the fitness lifestyle in and out of the gym. Our mission is to provide the highest levels of fitness and nutrition options to Bristol and surrounding communities.

The amazing truth is that the very same methods that elicit optimal response in the Olympic or professional athlete will optimize the same response in the elderly.

I started at Bell City CrossFit in April 2021 after my previous gym abruptly closed. I feel like it was a blessing in disguise! I feel like I've made more progress at Bell City than anywhere else in these few short months. I was a bit intimidated by CrossFit for the longest time but everyone here is so welcoming and nice and helpful. So glad I was forced out of my comfort zone :)

The Bell City CrossFit owners, coaches, staff and community all have a genuine interest in each members’ personal growth and accomplishments. They are ready and willing to work with you no matter you’re level of exercise experience.
They strive to make the environment fun and inclusive while making sure each member practices the movements in the safest way possible by stressing the proper techniques.
This is by far, the hardest and most satisfying personal fitness program I have ever experienced and I’m so happy to have done it with Bell City CrossFit.

Very positive atmosphere to workout in. Excellent coaching staff, very knowledgeable and they really care about your goals and wellness. Doesn't matter what your level of condition is they will work diligently to help you attain your goals. The members are so supportive at every workout.

Bell City is AMAZING. Coaches are knowledgeable and genuinely care about each and every person’s progress. Everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive. Very family-like atmosphere that makes it a welcoming environment for all, regardless of experience or fitness level. If you’re looking to have some fun, improve your fitness, and meet some truly AWESOME people then you’ve found your gym. I’ve moved around for work a fair share and thus been a member at numerous CrossFit gyms throughout the country. Can say without a doubt Bell City is the best I’ve experienced. 5+ stars!

Bell City CrossFit (BCCF) is an amazing training facility with the most wonderful team of coaches there could be. The training cycles are varied and diverse, and accommodations to everyone, both on-site or those working out virtually via Zoom, help everyone develop and make gains. The atmosphere is one of encouragement & motivation, absolutely the best people!

What’s there not to love about Bell City? I drive almost an hour because I haven’t been able to find another gym that offers quality programming! The coaches are nothing less than AMAZING and focus on form, which is important to me. It’s apparent that they are truly passionate about their work, clientele, and community! I am in the best shape now thanks to Bell City!

I joined last summer and have loved every minute of it! Great coaches, great atmosphere, and I 100% recommend Bell City CrossFit to people of all levels of fitness! Personally, I was new to cross fit and have seen awesome results since I started less than a year ago- if you’re even a little interested in giving it a shot go with Bell City CrossFit!
