Met Barry, owner, and Scott, top inspector, and they were fantastic. They weren't the ones my realtor usually used, but realtor and I were both very happy with both the quality of service and interactions. We really liked Scott, we had a chance to chat for a moment as he took off his kit after being in the crawlspace. The report was possiblly the best one I've ever seen, I've had several inspections done with different inspectors over the years. I liked the organization and the format of it. Excellent pictures as well. I liked the extras they throw in at the end as a benefit, and that I can call

Barry was great. We had a very tight window to get our inspection done and he was able to accommodate on short notice. He was very thorough and informative. I’m a first time homebuyers and I have no idea what I’m looking at and he to the time to explain what he was looking at and why it was good or bad. It was a great experience and I learned a lot.
