I started in home renovations over twenty years ago working my way through college by hanging and finishing drywall. Over the years I ventured into other areas of home renovations, like pouring concrete, framing, plumbing and electrical. An average of 6-8 total hours will go into every inspection both onsite during the inspection, and offsite preparing your report.

Know what's in your water by having a water test performed. We offer the CITY BASIC, CITY PREMIUM or WELL PREMIUM. These test meet or exceed FHA/VA requirements. The City BASIC measures 10 parameters, the City PREMIUM measures 44 and the Well PREMIUM measures 50 parameters. The results will be delivered within 4-5 business days via an online link and a PDF file.

We've never received worse news better and I can't promote Brian and Southern Comfort Home Solutions enough. As a first time home buyer, every part of the process has left me and my wife nervous and feeling uninformed. That was not the case with Brian. Although the news we got on our inspection was not what we wanted to hear, he made sure that we understood every piece of his thorough inspection. Without a doubt working with Brian for that small amount of time was when we felt most secure about the decisions we were making in our home buying process and that is all due to how much Brian cared.

The report was detailed and professionally done, with hundreds of pictures of all parts of concern in the house. After looking at it and speaking with the inspector, I had a clear understanding of the problems in the house, and had an accurate picture of what the rehab would require. This is a top of the line home inspection service, with swift and responsive customer service. I will be doing all my future home inspections with Southern Comfort.

Top Notch ! Wow, as a realtor from California whos relocating to Nashville I have seen numerous home inspections throughout my career and I have to say Brian's is probably the best I have seen in years.

Brian is phenomenal. We were looking to buy a home without actually seeing it in person as we would be moving from out of state. Brian conducted a very thorough inspection and provided a comprehensive detailed report which identified multiple areas of concern. We ultimately decided to pass on purchasing this home. Brian's detailed home inspection spared us the very expensive proposition of renovating multiple systems in the house.
