Tim the maintenance supervisor is an outstanding maintenance guy. He always puts his 110% effort in everything he does. As much as we call him to fix something new he always goes beyond our expectations. He is very respectful, professional, and good hearted. I am glad to have such an amazing maintenance person we ca rely on here at Brantley pines apartments.

Brantley Pines has been exceptional to me in the 1 1/2 years I’ve stayed here. From the office staff Aileen, Vickey, & Yuri continue to be kind and great at what you do. To the maintenance crew Tim, Brian, & Ernesto thank you for all you do for us residents not a time I’ve called about an issue and it wasn’t resolved.

I would recommend this complex to anyone. I've lived here almost 8 months now and haven't have any big issues, and any issues I did have where taken care of in a timely manner by maintenance team. Yuri is so nice and really worked with me while i had some issue with payments and she made everything so much less stressful for me on that side. Only thing I could say would be a negative (not for me so much) is the lack of windows but again not a big deal for me. I rarely hear my neighbors its a quieter neighborhood which I appreciate. They answer your questions in a timely manner and anyone I've talked

We love this place now, we have only been living here for about at month now and it is absolutely great! Everything works and the people here are so nice , especially Yuri! It is very different from where we used to live which was Pine Meadows Apartments and they just went under a new management which was terrible and the people that worked for them was just rude, but this place is way different from our old home, the price is a little bit pricey but it is worth it since everything actually works!

I’ve lived here 2 years and I think they find things to keep adding or to improve to!! The office staff is GREAT AND THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS EVEN BETTER!! Even during the pandemic we were still able to get in touch and they still came with masks on to fix things or what have you !! Very happy camper at Brantley pines!!!!

Can’t say enough great things about this place. From the front office to the maintenance department. Being a tenant for over 10 year, I can truly say this place has been nothing short of amazing. Yury in the front office is such a great manager and always there to help with any situation that she can with a smile on her face. Tim who runs the maintenance department is another great asset to this team. Together they make this place such a nice community to live in. Highly suggest moving into the area!
