Overall I would say my 2 years there were good. The apartment does have pros and cons
The cons are obviously the forced air and the size of the units
Pros would be able to fish basically in your backyard. Even though the units were small the storage space inside is maximized. Having the laundry room was nice. Plus the attic area to hold holiday decorations or anything else that needs to be stored away. It was nice to have to front area to have something you could kind of call your own. Maintenance and office management were great for us.

Rented here in 2020 and the place is way overpriced not only for the apartment but for the area which is crime filled, your neighbors will be alcoholics and druggies. The property manager lacks professionalism and is terrible at communicating or responding to email or phone. The only person I could ever reach was the maintenance man who is fantastic. Our move out situation was messed up!! so basically go ahead and live here as long as you have no standards, lots of money to waste and all the time in the world to wait for answers from the property manager. The complex is deceiving. I have yet to

Wonderful place to live, it has a great location close to everything including I-75 and has a homey feel inside. When you move in everything is set up like new and you see no evidence of a previous tenant. The place is clean with a park like setting and the neighborhood quiet. The management and her team are amazing and truly care about each tenant that lives there. I would definitely live there again.
