I wish I didn't even have to give this unprofessional staff even 1 star but it's the only choice I had. I booked an in person tour online for a Saturday afternoon. It was confirmed via email and text from their end. I get there on time and the doors are locked to their office. A sign on the door says they are temporarily closed on the weekends due to COVID-19. An excuse that I'm sick of hearing and reading about. So I called and I left a voicemail that I was there for my tour and they weren't. I also left an email explaining my disappointment. Do you think they responded to either one of those

If you plan to move into these apartments, I just want to give you some advice, make sure there are no bed bugs in your apartment, I have been living here for a few months I bought my new bed before moving in and a few days ago my bed was damaged by bed bugs and my son 2 years old they bite him and when I went to the office they told me that i had brought bed bugs, my question is how did I bring bed bugs if I have no furniture and my bed is new and they told me that I had to pay 450 $ to have them fumigated and if not I wanted to pay that it was better for me to move but that they would charge

Critical: Professionalism
bad experience my grandmother. She reported the problem with the air yesterday at 9 am and today on Sunday they still haven't fixed the problem. There is an emergency number we called and they still haven't fixed the air. I talked with Mr.Santana and he is not professional at all.

I've had problems with my air since Friday, i called the emergency number and today they still haven't fixed my air. I talked with Mr.Santana and he is not professional at all.

Lost out on an apartment because they never answered the phone for me for a few months. I had to call them a thousand times before they could answer just for them to tell me they’re waiting list is closed and not excepting anymore people.

Poor Customer Service, even if they do not have apartment available, they should treat people differently and be polite.
