So I applied in July, turned in everything they asked of me before the end of August I was told my apartment would be available the 1st or 2nd week of September my application wasn't approved until Nov.1st and when I told them I was awaiting approval of my deposits for my light and rental deposit they ended up allowing someone to move in on the 7th and I have a holding deposit of $100 on the apartment and the light is under my name .. now they do not answer the phone and they didn't bother telling me they moved someone in or anything .. highly disappointed

I have been a resident at westwood for 13 years, I have seen some come and go, never had a problem with maintenance or the staff. Great People. Westwood is a great place to live. Its safe quite and kept clean at all times. The staff and maintenance crew are very nice and respectful. Very satisfied

This place is infested with Roaches ..I have even seen roaches in the parking lot..😡 Do not move here you will be sorry.Had my apartment sprayed many times by pest control I even set my own traps and sprayed nothing helps .I keep my apartment spotless this place is unliveable with all the roahes

Highly disgusted with the front office lady. This isn’t the first time she’s had an unprofessional attitude towards my family. Not sure how she is with anyone else but I am disappointed with how I was handled.
The management needs to do a better job at hiring polite people or professional people in the office.
Next time I visit the office, I will ask to speak to someone else.

This new manager has been the worse so far from the past ones that were replaced always has an attitude towards residents who actually come in to keep communication with her on new updates that pop up on the apartment we are leasing everytime I've tried to get ahold of her she's either busy or will take care of me the next day and never does not just including her but her assistant manger and receptionist who seem to back this type of behavior up as if its professional to do so its bad enough were dealing with this pandemic that many are fighting against to have to deal with the office employees

My oven stopped working 2 days before Thanksgiving and I had no idea how I was going to be able to cook for my family. I had already put in a work order but wasn't sure if it would be fixed on time. I was absolutely thrilled to come home to a working oven. Thank you so much for understanding and going over the limit to ensure that I was taken care of. Happy Holidays to you all.
