I moved here sight unseen from Michigan in January and the process was straightforward and painless. The property manager, Yadira, went above and beyond helping me get things in order and she still does. Paul, head of maintenance, has also been great. The apartment and grounds are all I could have wished for and I am so happy to be here.

Do not recommend this place, lived here to long already. Thank God were moving. Maintenance is non existent, they don't attend to any of the problems. Whenever you have an issue you'll be waiting months or years to have it solved if ever. Lack of security, front gates are always broken and people just freely come in and go. The list goes on. Place is a joke.

Ok, the main elevator apparently hasn't worked in months, they had someone finally work on it last week. Some how all the private elevators don't work any more in the building, My mother is disabled and hasn't been able to leave the apartment in almost a week now as she lives on the third floor and can't walk down the stairs. I was told by the office it would be resolved the same day, it's been a week.
Oh and was the main elevator won't be fixed any time soon because the part needed is expensive.

I stayed there two weeks as a waste management employee, and it was a wonderful experience. I had access to the fitness room, the pool, and bbq pits. I also had a beautiful view of the lake from my room. I wish we had a complex similar in Santa Fe. I had a two bed room, two bath, living room, dinning room, wash room, open kitchen, and even a personal elevator the only took you down stairs. Again it was a great experience.

Cobblestone on the Lake has been great so far. My neighbors are friendly and the property is beautiful. I have called management a few times over maintenance issues and they attend to it right away. They are extremely helpful and communicative. It is a really great place to live!
