I am super bummed about my experience with this company. I was supposed to move into Lofts at Silver this month and was recently notified they were changing management companies for 3 properties, with this being one of them. They simply gave me an email for the new company and are no longer responding to my emails. I now am scrambling to look for an apartment because they did not even transition me to the new company and I don’t even think the new company is up and running with these properties yet. Pretty disappointed with how quick they are to ignore and throw people away considering how large

I relocated to Macon, GA to complete a fellowship at a nearby hospital, so the Lofts at Navicent appealed to me in many ways. I was always working, so the in-unit W&D, cable/wifi ready, valet trash services, etc. were what sealed the deal for me. Those little things that I didn't have time to do myself allowed me to focus on my career.

Absolutely amazing! This is by far the best place I have lived as an adult. My first experience seeing and touring the building with Michelle sealed the deal. She was very down to earth and was able to answer all of my knit picky questions. She even let me run back upstairs to my preferred unit to make certain I had good cell reception throughout the entire unit.

I've lived at the 401 Lofts on Cherry Street for about a year. The front lobby/entrance is always kept clean and it is very quiet. That staff is very friendly and take the time to get to know you and are always there to help- no matter if it's a maintaince issue or being locked out- they resolve the situation right away. I highly recommend 401 Cherry lofts!

The lofts at Navicent is the best apartment I have lived in. Have experienced a few around the area. The amenities are great. Can't wait on the Wellness Center Fitness Center to be ready. A full gym located in the building. Downtown Macon is only getting better. The staff here is great, friendly and responsive to your needs
