I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone.. Oh wow, where should I start..Ceilings strained..trash dumpster is an eye sore (always overflowing).. Water pressure low.. Leaking ceilings.. Maintenance ride around on carts all day on the phone…My daughter apartment flooded due to a apartment flooding above her.. Ceiling is crumbling down everywhere and waters everywhere .There’s no number for emergencies.. She has two small children(newborn a month old and 13 month old).. I will be contacting 13wmaz and Better Business Bureau..

Visited my son on last weekend and this place is disappointing and unacceptable. Apartment needs major work. Stained ceiling, Material coming from ceiling, Apartment needs painting, Door lock needs to be changed and upgraded. Water pressure is weak in both the kitchen and bathroom. Carpet needs to be removed and replace with tile or better quality of carpet. This place needs renovation in a serious way.

I spoke with the manager and she was cordial and she was friendly. I am not a tenant but I did call them to inquire about a unit. The reason I give ONE star is because this apartment complex engages in unethical behavior which is THEFT. The manager explained to me that individuals with 'high risk' such as they owe other apartments, have bad credit, etc. have to pay a substantial Credit Fee that can equal the amount of one months rent. The reason this is ILLEGAL and UNETHICAL is because it's essentially a Security Deposit by ANOTHER NAME. Why is the name of the fee significant? Georgia Rental Law

The manager is nasty and TRYING to make my daughter pay rent when she already move out on the day they gave..Then on top of that she trying to add extra fee to my daughter about leaving water on in a washing room when she never had a washing machine. That why I told here to take pictures before she leaves I knew something like this would happen.. Because the guy she go with is the ex to my daughter and all them are being nasty...I will be talking to my lawyer soon.

If I could give it -20 stars I would . Let’s start with the roach infestation here! You can only get air (fully) in one room at a time. There loud noises all throughout the day and night. Walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors arguing every night. They’re honestly worth a good 100 bucks per month, Id rather live in a box than this DUMP. And the manager Tawanna has the nastiest attitude! I broke my lease to get far away from this ghetto trap house.

This place is good if you are on a lower budget. There aren’t to many bad things about the place but there aren’t many good things either. The walls and ceiling were damaged when I moved in but other than that it was okay. They have a pool but it is pretty shallow and small. I only recommend living here if you are on a low budget.

Thw WORST EVER!! Please do not move here. It's filthy from the outside in.. There's a foul smell (sewage) coming from behind the rear buildings, the breezeway looks abandoned and mildew/mold growing on the outside of the apartments so imagine whats inside! You can look at the ceilings on tje inside and notice the painted over water damage and uneven flooring.
The office staff is absolutely worthless. They hold money orders for days so it appears you're late on rent. Out of all residents spoken with we have not heard one nice thing about the office staff neither can we say anything nice about them
