Living in this complex was overall a really wonderful experience! Since my partner and I don't have a car, living across the street from Walmart and in close walking distance to other necessities was a huge plus. Maintenance is GREAT and always came immediately when called about an emergency. The only real noise came from the cars on the highway but it never posed an issue at all. The rest of the complex was practically noise free!
Our only major concerns were unfortunately losing mail packages occasionally, the laundry room dryers never actually drying our clothes unless we spent money on multiple

They have no "show" units so I scheduled a viewing of the apartment that was going to become available, on the first day it could be seen. I did this 2 weeks in advanced. They rented the apartment out immediately after I had scheduled the viewing. They will make choices purely off any monetary benefit and lack all forms of commitment, respect of contract, and professionalism. Live here if you can't afford somewhere decent.
