I was hesitant to leave this review while I still live here, but…
My rent went up to $1,400/month for my 1 bedroom apt; I understand that it is because I’m now paying month to month so I don’t get stuck in another lease while working to move, but even the amount before that was a bit much for the condition.
I have no racks in my fridge, missing drawers in my kitchen, one side of the kitchen sink unusable Bc the water runs straight through the bottom, and the only feedback I ever get is at the first of every month when rent is due THEN they don’t mind showing up to your door to leave a

No air conditioning for more than 4 months
No boiler as I write this review
Stove is not working, it’s been like this for 2 days, like we don’t have to eat.
We have called maintenance a couple of times for different issues (water leaking) and they never came by.
Leasing office only appears to be open to attend possible tenants, not for residents that need help.
If I could give 0 star rating I would.

I am about to hit the 2 month mark without AC. I've been patient as I can with the staff, but every time I speak with them it's a new excuse. They first told me the old maintenance guy was the problem, and that he was fired. Now they're blaming Covid for not being able to order a part that you can get at Lowes. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all cost.
