I have been trying to contact leasing office about an apartment and their special but I still have not heard back. I went to their office and did see the covid 19 notice on the door but if they are not accepting applications or even leasing any apartments because of the virus they should have that in the notice and on their answering machine when you call. If they are I would greatly appreciate if they could get back in touch with me as soon as possible. I would love to live there, I've heard nothing but great things since management has changed.

Had a visit today so see my grandson and the AC was out!! Many attempt have been made to contact management!! It's TOO HOT for things to this nature to go almost 2wk without repair!

New office hours are nice, and the new manager is really doing a lot. I see him out walking the property and picking up trash and helping people out. It ahs been a lot quieter since he's been here and I hope it stays that way.

Mr Chris has been doing just a wonderful job turning this place around. It's quieter than it has ever been. I had been wanting to move out of here but the new company really came in and cleaned up. The place is looking better and really makes me feel more at home than ever.

When I moved here we had a problem with people hanging out in front of my apartment. The new manager has taken care of this problem and already starting to see changes. I love that everything is online and the area is nice and quiet. Perfect spot for your family.

Really like the changes going on. My a/c wasn't working over the last weekend and the new manager and his maintenance guy were on it quickly and got me taken care of. I'm looking forward to all the new changes.

П��🚨This is the review I made the first afternoon I pulled up after 2pm to the place for the first time: (11/29Thursday) The manager Chris has been so helpful with providing my husband and I with all the information that we needed to move from OVERSEAS!! Yes they worked with the time zone difference and everything. TODAY (1/3 MONDAY) I have to be HONEST with my review. CHRIS is a genuine man & I just pray he lets my husband & I get out of this lease because it hasn’t even been a few days, it’s a nice looking place but I cant compromise my health. IM SO SORRY I CANT 😭😔😇

You know what's going on,I shouldn't have to keep calling your office about the same situation.Since you guys have taken over it takes forever for repairs to get done. I've never had these problems before. Today makes 4 days,still no progress has been made about this water overflowing on my kitchen floor when I wash clothes,and the other problems I mentioned to you back in May,still nothing has been taken care of.
