We have been struggling with staffing shortages, and wait times during rush hours have been longer than we'd like them to be. To help with wait times, we are asking that during the weekend (Friday-Sunday) customers make reservations for dine in.
This can be done online or by calling the restaurant. For walk-in dining, customers can sign up on our wait list (also found on our website) which will help us be more organized and prepared for how many customers will be dining in. Hopefully this will allow us to improve our service and wait time for our customers.

Coming from the West Coast where amazing Japanese food is everywhere this place is shocking. if you want to pay an extremely high amount of money for almost no food this is the perfect place. The tempura order came with less than a quarter inch of sauce in one tiny to go ramekin. After getting home to realize that there wasn’t enough sauce to go with anything and the portions of all the food are so tiny they wouldn’t feed anybody successfully. I think this place only has good stars because nobody in Green Bay has ever had real Japanese food. if you think this is good you just have never had

I really enjoyed coming here for the first time with a friend. There was several options to choose from from the sushi bar or from the kitchen. I liked that the place was casual and staff were very nice and treated us very well. If you order from the sushi bar it does take a bit more time to get your order than to get your order from the kitchen. I was wowed when they brought out our sushi rolls. The presentation was beautiful especially with the Blazing Glory. It came out on fire. It was really cool to see something different like that. Also the Seafood Udon was delicious as well, nice a fresh

Nice atmosphere, hands off customer service. Got the California rolls which were very good 8/10, and the pork katsu ramen, the katsu pork was breaded and felt like real katsu pork but the breading fell apart in the ramen, the noodles felt doughy and slightly undercooked, but were thick and filling. The broth felt a bit bland. Every other ingredient was great and added well to the overall ramen 6/10

This was my family's first time eating in at Umi Sushi, and we'd definitely be back again!
Great service from all who catered to our dinner! The host checked in toward the end of our dinner to make sure all was well with the meal and to thank us for coming. The waitstaff was prompt and engaging without being overbearing. Even the chefs said thank you for coming when we were leaving.
The food was delicious as well. Sushi prepared carefully and fresh. Each of the dishes we ordered were well-seasoned and balanced in flavor. The food did not disappoint.
