What's a Hinterland? Well, to Wiki and the educated world "Hinterland" means: the land beyond the known port city, the unexplored rural country or a person's vast knowledge that is unlimited by parochialism and short sightedness. To us it means: Stop wasting your life drinking the same corporately-diluted beer and challenge your palate to a brew that has a rich heritage, a bold passion and a story that will make you way more exciting to others.
Under the watchful eye and sometimes warped mind of our Brewmaster, Joe Karls, all Hinterland Beer is brewed exclusively in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Every beer is created by Joe, Bill, and the whole Hinterland Brewery crew. They each contain backstories of brew trials, recipe tweaks and many tales of late night tastings.
At Hinterland, we offer our guests a unique and curious twist to contemporary American cuisine, driven by our multicultural influence to cooking. Our menus are created daily, based on the availability of fresh produce, meat, and seafood. Every day, our chefs push each other in friendly rivalry to take the creativity and dining experience to the next level.
Come explore our creative menus, Hinterland taps and other craft beers, and a cool urban-but-woodsy vibe at our Beer Hall. Fashioned after a German bruhaus with an urban twist and a better sense of humor, our Beer Hall boasts two wood-burning fireplaces, display kitchen and open garage doors to our Beer Garden during our two weeks of Wisconsin summer.
On the second floor at Hinterland you'll not only discover our High Gravity Test Kitchen but you'll discover the latest menu ideas, innovative flavor pairings and chef-inspired experiments, designed to excite and intrigue. High Gravity specializes in treating guests to new ingredients, pop-up events and some never-been-done-before dishes.

Had to wait 2 hours for food without any explanation of why or an apology on why it was taking so long. After we did get our food the waitress never came back. Good thing I had a bottle of water in my purse because the waitress sure wasn't going to refill our drinks (and never did). I will say the burger was good.

My 3 friends and I went to this bar immediately after the packers playoff game. We ordered a beer and were standing around talking with each other when a guy randomly walks up to us and accuses us of provoking a fight. We had no idea what he was talking about. In fact, we assumed he was just some random drunk guy at the bar. After clarifying that we hadn’t even talked to anyone outside of our group (with the exception of the bartender when we ordered our drinks), he finally left us alone. About 5 minutes later he came back and let us know that he was the owner…later correcting himself after

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. We sat down at the bar, ordered two beers , then the bartender gave us four beers and demanded that we pay for all four beers. But we only ordered two beers. Then we had trouble getting a Lyft driver to pick us up and the bartender told us to walk a half mile to another bar, because it was easier to get a Lyft from that bar. Needless to say I will never be back again, and encourage others to steer clear of this bar.

Hinterland is a great spot in the area to have a few drinks. In fact, from a location standpoint, it's probably the best spot in the area for a few drinks. When there are games, it will be packed. The night before game day has been my only experience with Hinterland, but I assume my review would relate to many as that is likely where they make most of their money.
If you are planning on getting food here, my recommendation is that you get plenty of drinks beforehand. Maybe one or two of their flights. The drinks that the bar make and the selection of beer were very good and take attention

Upscale brewery with refined foods. The space is really big but you should definitely make a reservation for night before game day. There were huge groups waiting but we had a 7pm reservation and skipped the line. Overall good experience and good food but one dish was disappointing and generally speaking, the menu is limited (no sides, no vegetarian entree except pizza).
Brussels sprouts - good flavor and tasty BUT i have my issues with this dish. It is just leaves, not whole or even halved balls. It was probably a total of 10 balls with it leaves (at the max). Not worth at all the $14 price.

We went on a Friday night. We were seated right away next to one of the fires. We ordered cheese curds and beer - both were very good. However our entrees (fried Walleye and Pulled Pork Sandwich) were both extremely greasy. In fact the Pork sandwich bottom bun was saturated with grease.
Our service was very good and the atmosphere was unique...just be cautious with your entree order

This place is absolutely incredible. You need to come here and try their nachos and the chili. The duck wings also seem very delicious. Olivia the bartender was spectacular As well and made one amazing beverage! Definitely worth driving down checking out and hanging out here for a couple hours you won’t regret it!

This place was amazing. I don’t actually think five stars is enough. The restaurant is right next to Lambeau Field. I can imagine that this is a great place to come before a Packers game. We were here before football season started. They have quite a long list of beers on tap. I got the Packerland Pilsner and it was just right. My son tried the Jamaican Haze (bitter for me, but he liked it). My daughter tried the Maple Bock and my wife had the “Wit TF.” The enjoyed theirs. We shared the pork belly BLT, the chicken salad sandwich and the pulled pork sandwich. They were all amazing, but the

Fabulous as usual. I had the duck wings this time My only critique was it seemed like a little bit too much sauce. But the taste was wonderful. Great atmosphere.
Ive had the Poke bowl before and that was really good. They also have a really good pulled pork. Beer selection is fab. They also have a really amazing whiskey selection.

Nice menu with very good bar food. Delicious brandy old fashion.... If you want to enjoy this experience at title town. Close your eyes to the prices. A bit more pricey but they have to pay the rent of an iconic experience .... Live music was playing outdoors . It was a perfect day to dine on the patio. Plenty of cheese curds come in the basket for a party of four ...

Well we would have given this a 5 however, they were apparently VERY short staffed. First, tell people and then at least offer them a beverage or dessert for waiting
The pulled pork was delicious but by the time it was delivered to the table, it was cold.
Again, we totally understand being short staffed just tell us. Epic fail!
Salmon dip was also outstanding.
Again the food was fantastic but the service was crazy slow. Great thought....have the Manager stop by the table and let your guests know you appreciate them waiting.
It's amazing how QUICK the Server made sure she collected our

Nice place right next to the Packers' home.
Very friendly, happy, masked staff.
Food prices are high, sandwiches start at $16, entrees run up to $42 (not a typo!), appetizers are all $12 and up. Pizzas run in low $20's range. My brisket burger (a bit cool) with a side salad - a $4 upcharge to substitute for chips - was delicious. My son's crispy chicken sandwich, the same.
Plenty of outdoor seating past the four huge garage doors to complement the bar & table seating inside.
Flights are 4 - 6 brews, $2-3 each, easily the best prices in the place.
If the food prices were lower, I'd happily

Came here for a stop for dinner on a bachelor party. Called days in advance for a party of 15. Arrived 4 mins after the reservation that was made but informed them of a time slot we would be there. Upon checking in found out they didn't have tables set up and ready to go for a large party. Have worked in the industry for 5 plus years things like this should have happened and should be prepared! But a nice manager was kind and made up for it with her great attitude and never snapping back even tho I deserved a little bit back. Our food was amazing, so good I will be back to take the wife.

Our party of 8 was impressed with our attentive servers, prompt and delicious food, and great beers & drinks. Refreshing cocktails of various liquors, full and creative food menu, and a hip and welcoming environment. Igloos outside for cold-weather seating and walking distance from Lambeau Field! Will definitely be back!

It wasn't anything amazing considering it is located at Lambeau field. I expected some, any Packer design or paraphernalia. That's the point of visiting Titletown.
The salad was delish.
Chili was great just too heavy for summer.
Beer flights were fun - temporary vacation was a great beer.
Indoor and outdoor seating.
