This place has gone downhill since covid happened. They finally reopened tables but only a small selection of table games...this is especially disappointing since I came from Illinois to play pai gow...not what was offered. I won't be coming back. Even with comped rooms, it's not worth the drive to play so few different types of games.

Very nice facility, very nice rooms, and that's about it. Staff seems pretty uninterested, the place is a maze and the signage is poor so you can't find anything.

Food was average at best. Prices are ok. Being in Milwaukee......so not great views from the room. My room key didn't work half the time. Lots of "unruly" 20 somethings running around.

Try if you want but there won't be a 2nd visit for me.

Another negative occurrence on the way out........we went to their Canal Street Cafe before checking out. It was fairly busy but I counted 6 open tables that seat

Our hotel room was probably one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in and It was overly expensive! We had a King Corner room and it exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious, the view was amazing from the floor to ceiling windows and OMG the bathroom! The bathroom had a large shower with a view, combined with an extra large mixer soaking tub. The shower has both a rain showers head and a regular shower head. The water pressure was AH-MAZE-ING! I think it was one of the best showers I've had in my life. Another really cool feature we're the blackout shades. There was a switch

The high limit room is a must. I saw a lady win a $10K slot machine jackpot on Thanksgiving night. They need more table games and more variety.

Place has gone so downhill that you can't believe they can stay open. The way they handled this plandemic shows their character. Destroying table games, removing the poker room and getting rid of the world's largest bingo hall. The quality of the patrons are a testament to how crappy this has become.

Poto is always a great place to spend a few to gamble or to eat. You don't always win but they have tons of the newest games to play.

Love the look and feel of the hotel and the rooms. Front desk staff and Dee the bell hop were super friendly. Only two complaints-The beds were hard as a rock, pillows as well. The security walking from the parking to the hotel were mostly nice and helpful except one at the end of our stay was extremely rude and not friendly. We traveled with our two kids even my
Daughter said wow she was rude. Overall we were satisfied and would consider staying again if they upgraded their beds.

I didn't visit the casino however I walked through it to get to the hotel. I appreciated that they enforced the mask requirement. I merely came to Potawatomi to stay at the hotel while traveling through the area. The rooms were nice. Oddly enough, my favorite part was the elevator. Unless you have a room key you can't gain access to the elevators or stairs which prevents non-guest from wandering through the hotel. That's a plus. The rooms were pretty clean but the water pressure was terrible and the beds were low and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were stiff and uncomfortable

Talk about drama- we were traveling with a group and had a planned stay overnight. Several in our party canceled because of the reviews. The hotel personal perpetuated the negative reviews with rude and unprofessional behavior. Why would any reasonable person tolerate their stupidity. We got a great room @ the Hilton. Very professional and clean. Double thumbs down to Potawatomi

Want to play table games? Not here, they are closed. A good meal, sorry room service only. No sit down meals. A valet to park your car? No more. But we do have security to rival the TSA. Yes, wait on a line.

No casino in the US treats guests this poorly. Go to Illinois, Poto has hit a new low.

I went to this casino last night and I was highly disappointed.

First, I'd like to state the fact that I travel all lower 48 states for work. I go to MANY casinos. Even in the last year with the virus going on.

I ended up in Milwaukee and figured I'd check this casino out. I took an Uber from my hotel to the casino.
I didn't eat ALL day and really was looking forward to eating at a restaurant. HA! Surprise on me!
ALL restaurants take out only.
I found this literally ridiculous. No other casino is operating this way. You can gamble, be all bunched together on the game floor

This was my first time staying at the hotel since Covid. The check in is touchless. You place your id and credit card on the counter and they tell you when to swipe it. They take your temp when you come in. Masks are required and there are 6ft markings on the floor. We were the only ones there at a normally packed 3:30pm. We didnt get a suite so I requested a corner which has two sides of windows.
The elevators are only one couple per ride. We get to the floor and there are these tapes that say cleaned over the key pads that assure the room was cleaned. We literally were the only people on floor

I was in town
Attending a funeral and booked this hotel. I must admit this is the biggest casino I've been to in my lifetime. If you don't gamble that's ok stay at the hotel which is very nice. Very comfortable bed and nice side rooms. They even give you two complimentary bottles of water!! What a miracle .
There are several places to eat from the cafe in the lobby to the buffet, Asian style, southern style to Tacos. The decor is very nice and it's a short cab ride from the Amtrak station $4.60. Personally speaking their slots don't pay out like those in other states I

Surprised to find this massive casino in Milwaukee next to the University. Reasonable room rates. Awesome city views. Tons of slots that fill the casino floors. About 4 bars.

Soft drinks are complimentary help yourself at the fountain areas. Alcohol drinks available at reasonable prices at the bars.

Lots of nice restaurants and a food court.

Located by some breweries and Hank Aaron hiking trail. Near to the main city.
